Wohl die teuerste Unterkunft unserer Reise. Da erwartet man was. Man bekommt auf jeden Fall einen spektakulären Blick auf das Gebirgsmassiv Torres del Paine. Großes Kino. Die Unterkunft an sich ist eher rustikal. Das Abendessen dafür wieder wirklich gut. Insgesamt vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis naja. Ärgerliches Detail: wir waren es von unseren bisherigen Unterkünften gewohnt, dass ganztägig Tee, Kaffee und Wasser kostenfrei angeboten werden. Hier muss man alles teuer bezahlen, was an nicht so seltenen Regentagen einfach nervt. Und die Angestellten könnten aufmerksamer sein. So muss man zum Beispiel morgens immer und immer wieder um neue Butter bitten.

Property was rustic but very nice. Love the communal dinner buffet. The food for dinner was excellent. The staff provided excellent service. Beautiful view of Torres del Paine. Love everything about this place.

Great place with amazing scenery and meals but there's no wifi in individual rooms and the wifi connection in the common area of the accommodation building is very weak

Views from the garden, right by the river side, excellent food and beverages options with scrumptious breakfast and delicious buffet/ a la carte dinner. Although pricey, but worth it.

Fantastic views and great views from your cabin window. A place not to be missed when visiting Patagonia. The box lunch of salmon salad is fantastic along with all the other goodies, and desserts are wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out on the benches in the evening enjoying the sunset and the wonderful views in front of us.

Großartig !! Alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, bei 4 Nächten 2 Ganztagesausflüge und einen Halbtagestrip. Tolle Eindrücke, sehr kleine Gruppe, perfekt. Insgesamt schon sehr hochpreisig aber alles top organisiert, gut geschlafen und das Buffett war abends eine Freude. Wenn man nicht selber fahren will ist das eine sehr gute Alternative und zu empfehlen !!!

O hotel é bem localizado ficando a 5 minutos da entrada do parque nacional. Tem uma vista lindíssima das Torres del Paine e do rio Serrano. O café da manhã é farto e está incluído na diária, assim como o jantar. Existe uma variedade de opções de pratos e sobremesas. O chalé é amplo e confortável.
