The hotel is very basic and simple. Tiny room and bathroom with no amenities, but comfortable enough. We picked this hotel for the location alone because it's in the middle of the city centre and extremely easy to get around.

Super fint hotel, meget værdi for pengene... Her er ikke udsigt til vand, men det ligger centralt i byen med gåafstand til alt hvad man kan tænke sig i Torshavn. Nyrenoveret og godt lydisolerede pæne værelser, hvor man kan tale i telefon og passe sit arbejde uden at forstyrre naboen...

Stayed on a package with 62N Tours. Greeted with a warm welcome by a lovely receptionist. Rooms are simple but comfortable, bed was great, window opened so you can enjoy some of the freshest air on the planet. The breakfast is good and offers scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, beans, small sausages, yoghurt, breads, cold cuts and cheeses.

The hotel building is new and made of cement, the guesthouse is old and made of wood. No soundproofing, you could hear people walk, talk etc. Bathroom was common and very small, there was a common kitchen which was good. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. People were very friendly. They arrange for you to have a shared taxi to the airport (shuttle)

Preface this review with the fact that I know it's not the hotels fault that there are strikes on and no public transport. However, every time I asked for help or advice/information the staff were very unhelpful, and just laughed about the situation. No advice or suggestions for places I could get to, taxi services guided tours etc or anything good to do in Torshavn. I would be trying my hardest to ensure guests still had a good time. I was staying in the guesthouse and the rooms were awful, noisy at night, you can hear everyone else in the building. The mattresses are so uncomfortable, and the pillows are even worse and you're paying over £100 for these rooms. The breakfast is good and the staff there are really friendly, but it's the same food every day. The location is great, right in the centre of Torshavn and close to transport terminals, restaurants and two supermarkets.

5 day stay in the Faroe Islands. Well located hotel in Torshvan 10 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and ferries, 5 minutes from the center. Very clean, nice breakfast and spacious room.
