Beautiful hotel and location. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of in all aspects. Very warm and friendly. The on-site restaurant had fantastic options and everything we ordered was delicious. My only regret was not staying longer.

The Sugar Mill and Tortolla, BVI along the coast where this hotel is located the views are absolutely breathtaking, more so than any Island in the Caribbean and we have been to all of them. If you want a getaway at a quiet place with a fantastic Gourmet restaurant and beauty all around you then this is the place. Private Cottages tastefully furnished have direct views out over the water with your own private balcony. The Staff, managers, and owners could not be more hospitable and accommodating.

We wanted a special place to celebrate our 30th anniversary and did we ever pick right! Andrea and Rupert, as well as the whole staff, created a wonderful experience, not just on our anniversary, but for the whole week of our stay. Their suggestions were spot on: Cane Garden Beach, a wonderful boat ride to various BVIs with turquoise water & beautiful bays, and a very special anniversary dinner. And their restaurant is divine – there was not a dish we didn’t enjoy. Even with rain, we loved relaxing in our room, by the pool, and at the beach. A special shout out to Marjorie for the best massages we’ve ever had on a vacation! So happy we chose Sugar Mill Inn for our special day. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

My wife and I booked in for a pre honeymoon stay at this place and didn’t get what we actually paid for with no explanation. The communication was a bit poor as it looks like the Managers Andrea and Rupert were dealing with reservations, serving guest in the restaurants and still inspecting rooms. For a small boutique style hotel in my opinion should not have this issue. Overall stay was great but we did had some issues. 1. The room we booked was the one with the apple palapa on the patio area which was 101 but we got 110. (Incorrect room) 2. With intent to use the tub there was hair inside so that was a no for us. 3. The toilet had hair on the bowl cover and underneath of the toilet seat. 4. Breakfast was slow we waiting over 30 minutes to 45 minutes. 1 cook, 3 waiter staff and a full restaurant. Thats unacceptable. We are looking forward to staying there once again in the future. Hopefully it gets better.

Sugar Mill has wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, superb ocean views, and outstanding food. The setting is luxurious tropical with lovely trees, flowers, and birds. Pool, oceanfront, and meals on the beach make relaxing easy. The self help bar says a lot about the caliber of this boutique hotel.

Beautiful meal really lovely setting thank you. Fantastic storm whilst we were there which only added to the experience. Highly recommend. Menu changes daily lots of choice and lovely cocktails. Wine list extensive and caters for all tasted and budgets.

Stayed at the Sugar Mill a few nights in May 2024. Excellent hotel with great service and two restaurants on property. Has a small beach good enough for a dip on a very hot afternoon. Room exceeded our expectations and outdoor shower was really cool although we were skeptical before arriving. Air conditioning worked great and kept us cozy during hot weather.

You Can’t go wrong at the Sugar Mill hotel. Amazing views ,amazing food, great excursions. We went all inclusive and It was top-notch we will be back. thank you so much! Five stars all the way around. The food variety and it taste phenominal. The dining room is open air with only a few fans so gets warm so dress light.

This was my wife's an my 5th time staying at theSugar Mill Hotel and as usual we loved every minute of it. We also were able to share the experience with four of our best friends as we had juts returned from a week on a catamaran sailing around the BVI. Our friends were equally blown away by the wonderful service provided by Andrea, Rupert and their staff. We had dinner there as well and once again everything about it was top notch and delicious. We can't wait until our next visit!
