Torun is beautiful but this was the most disappointing hotel on our trip for a 4star hotel. The staff seemed inexperienced. They wanted us to ask for our room to be cleaned (4 star!) using a computer system they did not explain. The manager seemed to resent our complaint when they failed to clean the room and found it difficult to apologise for our treatment when giving us a partial refund. I hope they improve.

Myślę, że hotel jest godny polecenia, ale jest kilka rzeczy, które znacznie obniżyły komfort mojego pobytu. Pierwszą rzeczą było wesele, które odbywało się jednej nocy w hotelu. Po spytaniu na recepcji do której będzie ono trwało otrzymałam odpowiedź, że do dwudziestej trzeciej. Kiedy po tej godzinie muzyka nadal grała zadzwoniłam na recepcję i zostałam poinformowana, że będzie ono trwało do pierwszej. Drugą rzeczą, o której należy wspomnieć był mój pokój. Ładnie urządzony oraz czysty, posiadał on jednak duże okno na całą ścianę, która umożliwiła osobom używającym przeszklonej windy widok na wszystko co w nim jest. Na koniec wspomnę o wizycie w spa- sam masaż bardzo przyjemny i dobrze przeprowadzony, jednak nie było bielizny jednorazowej. Pani która mnie masowała bez uprzedzania weszła do pomieszczenia, w którym się przebierałam, ponieważ zadzwonił jej telefon. Pokój w którym odbywał się masaż był bardzo mały, a światło w nim raziło po oczach.

Light bulbs burnt out in room. No daily clean towels provided. Had to request from front desk. Location was good for our trip. Easily walking to all restaurants and museums.
