Very good hotel and very good treatment

The hotel is located in a good place to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes), and there is an outdoor pool in the hotel, suitable for anyone who likes to play water. Breakfast is very busy and there are not many types, but it is ok to eat simply. The facilities are old but well maintained and there is a small terrace in the room, which is good for sunshine. It's within 10 to 15 minutes walk to the bus stop.

All perfect. The ubication. Only the shower towels were not to my liking. The rest was perfect. And above all, the kindness of the receptionist Nicole, on a scale of 0 to 10, deserves a 10. Take care of her.

Let's talk about the advantages first, and eat a lot around. In the last 2 days, I found out that going out is a children's paradise, and the children are crazy. The children's paradise goes to the opposite side of the beach and there is a local restaurant (garlic restaurant) that offers seafood platters and good value for money. Going to the beach for 10 minutes, the old street is also there. The hotel has a swimming pool, the water is too cold, and there is a heated pool, upstairs. The room feels like home, simple, if you don't ask for a night. The 5-year-old child was charged 6.04 euros a night for an extra bed and breakfast. Parking is a difficult point. We fell on Saturday afternoon and finally turned 3 laps to find a seat. Look at the next few days, unless you are very early or late, there is usually no parking. Breakfast is simple, bread, egg, cheese, ham, bacon, fruit and vegetable yoghurt, coffee tea, orange juice. There is no water or hot water in the room. Go to the supermarket and buy it, not far away.

Family hotel. Sympathetic staff. The rooms are very well suited, with balcony and air conditioning. The sounds of the room above are not terrible. Telephone with 3 channels (info) in French. The swimming pool is fine. The breakfast is right even if most products are industrial (growing, orange juice, ...). In the negative light, two things: We could not connect to the hotel's wifi in 6 days, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere. Finally, I didn't appreciate that a woman was bathing with a burkini in the pool, burkini that she then used in the breakfast room and in the city. On the hygiene level, it is not possible. I don't understand that the hotel accepts this.

I liked the hotel so much. I was so impressed because I didn´t expect anything but the hotel was really good! I had 3 nights and it was am amazing stay for me. I decided to spend my birthday in Tossa. The hotel provided (thank the boy at the reception; your care is appreciated a lot) a really good room with the a nice garden view. There is a big and beautiful magnolia grows there. The hotel gave me a birthday present. It was a small bottle of cava. Mmmm. THANKS a lot for attention. It was so nice from your side. The room was big with the perfect king size bed. I had a cleaning service everyday! Breakfast was so tasty and it was a right decision to included it in my stay. The hotel is clean everywhere. There are some paintings ang nice things hanging on walls. Also, there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. I attach a photo. The atmosphere there is so relaxed. There is a bar there. You can spend some time in the pool taking sun baths, reading books with cocktails! I recommend this hotel for your stay! Don't forget to include breakfast :) Enjoy your stay as I did! See the sea view room map without hesitation to book a three-person room with sea view! Say good 180 degree sea view and pool view, came to the hotel but arranged a second floor, there is no pool view, only 60 degrees sea view! Going to the front desk, Complaint told me that the room with pool view + sea view is small. I don't dare to book a foreign hotel in Ctrip next time.

The older lady on the second day when checkingout every customer took more than 15 minutes, long queues, wasting time. Room facilities are a bit old, the hotel is small, up to Samsung level. Breakfast was shocked, nothing, there are a few slices of bread and orange juice. The advantage is that the location is excellent, will not come again in the future
