We stayed one night with full board. Good cook, good staff, good room for the price. We will repeat.

Family hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are very good, with balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom was renovated. The soundproofing with the room above, however, is not great. We could hear talking and the sound of chairs on the floor. TV with 3 (news) channels in French. The swimming pool is good. The breakfast is OK even if most of the products are industrial (croissants, orange juice, etc.). On the negative side, two things: In 6 days, we were not able to connect to the hotel wifi once, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere. Finally, I did not appreciate that a woman bathed in a burkini in the swimming pool, a burkini which she then wore in the breakfast room and in town. In terms of hygiene, it's just not possible. I don't understand why the hotel accepts this.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service and treatment of the staff is excellent.

BLUESEA Continental Ctra. Lloret, 2, 17320 Tossa de Mar, Spain (Formerly Hotel Continental) the worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel employees are reluctant to speak English, the atmosphere is not nice, the food is mediocre and the dining room is located in the basement 🤣 which is not included in the photos or description. The hotel is very old and not renovated. The bathroom inside is dirty and damaged (on it is modern and clean in the photos). the air conditioning barely works and is very noisy. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

All the staff are polite and welcoming, even with the language barrier they were very accommodating and did their best for us. Great service great hotel. Decorations were a bit old fashioned, the aircon is brilliant and the balcony was lovely to just sit and relax in the sun! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the near future. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely horrible! Got into our room and the smell was horrendous! We checked around and OH MY GOD! The taps were filled with lime scale! Made me feel sick!! The bath was so small you couldn’t even fit your left toe in it. The bidet wasn’t clean so there was poo marks in it. The cleaning lady waltzed into our room even tho the do not disturb sign was on the door! The pool was freezing cold and the paint flaked off onto our skin. There was also a vape in the bottom of the pool leaking vape fluid. We ended up paying 40 euros for food we didn’t even want which can I say it tased absolutely terrible. There were marks and stains on the curtains and walls. You could hear people talking and laughing which kept us up for most of the night. The toilet was broken. It took 2 days for them to come up and fix it after we asked them over 3 times. We didn’t feel welcome at all and overall the hotel was not what we expected.

My son stayed here on a school trip. His room was accessed by someone with an entry card and items were stolen. His friends also had items stolen. Food was also not good. Not to be recommended. Deeply worrying that key cards are being used to enter rooms in which minors are staying

The hotel is good, room was small, clean. 10mins walks to the beach . Not recommended for family with kids. Management and reception was friendly and helpful. 6/10 all experience. Good price for value …………………………………………………………………………………..

This Hotel is very old and outdated. The rooms are small. The en suite was tiny with a small tub shower. Food is basic and the hot food is not hot! Most of the staff were ok except for the heavy set bar man who is there in the evenings. Not at all helpful, gives the impression that he doesn't want to be working at all. We asked for a snack at 16.50 Hrs (during the afternoon snack time) he looked at the clock to see the time, we sat down waited but he continued to talk to a native speaking couple at the bar and never got our snack. He totally ignored our request. He is bad for the business.

Wow some of the reviews 😂, I will start with bad bits, the rooms are small yes but what do you need for a holiday, at the start of the week we stayed the night time bar man seemed a bit rude just walking away and having a cig when he wanted, but after watching some of the guests it was probably warranted with the banging cups on the bar, some of the guests were really bad but hey ho. Yes you have to pay 1 euro for a cup, which we paid for and kept with us the entire time so not sure what the problem was with that. Staff very friendly and more than helpful good food something for everyone, no it’s not boiling hot food because certain guests complain about that also so it is nice and warm, we ate the entire week no problems, lager on tap is mahoe…… decent lager tbf, not sure what else anybody wants from a cheap holiday, we had a great week. Thank you very much to all the staff 👍👍, especially the lady behind the bar in the day she was lovely. All in all great cheap place to stay, walking distance of maybe 5/10 mins to the beach with tons of bars on the way, great pub crawl 😂. To finish off ……. What a town absolutely beautiful so relaxed and picturesque, if you want sports as I did seek out Emma’s Cafe, all sky sports Greg and Emma fantastic hosts.

Lovely hotel, great food, a bit spoilt by two arrogant barmen who wanted to make you feel inferior for being a woman. Charged euro for a plastic cup even though you were all inclusive. Said drinks weren’t available then gave them to the next customer. The rest of the staff were lovely but these two made me not want to even visit the bar

Overall this hotel I would class as okay. Firstly a little about the hotel, it's situated directly across the road from Tossa main bus station so you can get about very easily. The hotel itself as you enter the main reception and bar area this is quite modern and nice looking, the.rest of the hotel however is very dated. On my visit I stayed on the 3rd floor, the room was very tiny and dated although very clean, the balcony was adequate. The outside seating area at the front of the hotel is pleasant as long as you have sunshine. The pool area was large enough with plenty of sun loungers and very clean. So a little about the bar and dining. I had the all inclusive option and the drinks at the bar are fine, mostly local spirits and the draft beer is Mahou which in England can be quite expensive. You have to pay 1 euro to get a plastic cup which is half pint sized, although I initially thought this was odd it helps the staff with cleaning up the mess so I can understand it. On my visit there were 2 members of bar staff, during the day it was a rather friendly lady however on the evening it was a male person who was quite rude, poor service and the drinks he made or poured were awful he was constantly on his phone at the front door smoking whilst I was queuing for a drink. He also cranked up the most atrocious Spanish music on full blast and didn't seem to want to be in work whatsoever. That said the drinks were fine.apart from him! Now to the dining room and food! Well the only way I can describe it all is that you certainly won't go hungry but the food is not at a great level which is understandable for the cost of this hotel. Out of my 4 night stay only once was there something really tasty. The food is very bland and unfortunately bordering on cold. I ate out a couple of times as I couldn't handle the repetition. One last thing is the entertainment, it is non existent. If like me it rains you are literally stuck in the hotel with nothing to do, so I would recommend you bring a tablet, book or some cards as you will be bored. If it's sunny it's fine as you can.chill outside. The area itself is a bit sparse, a few bars but nothing amazing. Again if you have the sunshine then the beach is the place to be. A couple of bonus points are that there is a huge supermarket and bus station across the road from the hotel. All in all if you get a cheap deal and you have sunshine then the hotel is fine, it's also good for a cheap base for drinks. I would go again but only if it was going to be hot
