The food is fabulous. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet, both are fantastic!! Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!

It is a good hotel to spend a weekend in Tossa de Mar. The buffet food is very good and varied, there is fish, meat and everything. We loved it. I only didn't like that drinks were not included in half board, not even water. The superior room has a very large bed but the bathroom is not very well built, the shower is smaller and, when you shower, the floor gets very flooded with water. It is quite close to the main beaches, 10 minutes away. The adult pool on the roof is very small, it looks like a jacuzzi and the water was not very clean. The main pool is also a bit small.

Nice friendly hotel. Close to town and beach. Staff were lovely. Food was very good, great buffet, plenty of choice. Our room overlooked the pool and was very clean and modern. Tossa was a nice small resort with lots of little winding streets and plenty of restaurants. Beautiful beach.

Having come to this hotel last year we expected it to be as nice as before but it looked shabby this time. The aircon was very poor and the grout in the shower was black. Also the water from the shower poured out from under the shower door so towels mopping up every day. Breakfast time was a fiasco with queuing for the coffee machine then queuing for the toaster. The food was good but by the time you had everything it was cold. Evening meals were very smooth and food was good. The pool was kept very clean but the chairs were very uncomfortable and some loungers were broken. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Spent a lovely holiday at the Sa Riera, check in easy, and reception staff helpful. Rooms bright, clean and comfortable, however the open plan layout may not suit everyone, we had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice. Florin and his team in the restaurant were brilliant always a smile and a friendly word. The staff in the bar were very good always remembering our preferences. The hotel was well placed for shops and the beach. and the Thursday market is just outside the front.The only thing that could have been better was to make sure the sun beds and chairs were repaired or replaced other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is fairly basic and, in my opinion, not a 4 star. Staff were all friendly and rooms were clean and tidy although not the most luxurious. Public areas left a bit to be desired especially the pool areas where the furniture was in need of replacement and there were a few chairs/beds which I certainly would not risk using due to large tears and rips. The dining room was similar to a school canteen and, sadly, the food was not much better both at breakfast and in the evening - we were half-board for 7 nights but only took one evening meal and skipped a couple of breakfasts. The bar area was very bright and lacked atmosphere with nothing that would want to make us spend any time there. Being more positive the hotel is in a good position being only a 5 or 10 minute walk from the old town, with its' numerous restaurants and shops, and the resorts' beaches and the local market on a Thursday is on the road right outside the hotel.

All areas including bedrooms are kept very clean. The bedrooms are fairly small but the shower is very good. The balcony had false grass on as do all the outside areas which isn't pleasant under foot and when it rains it retains the water. The dining room is like a school canteen. It becomes very chaotic when busy. The staff are very nice and do their best to find you a table when busy. Food was average. The pools have beds and chairs but they are a disgrace. Most of them are ripped and not really safe to sit on. This has been mentioned in other reviews and management indicated they would be replaced in June, I'm assuming he means June 2025 as they haven't been changed. The bar area is basically a snack bar and there was no ambience at all, lighting very bright. This is not a four star hotel, I would rate it 3 star at the most.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, and excellent food. The breakfast is a vast buffet with fried eggs and bacon, and dinner is also a bit buffet with lots of lovely veg, meat and a variety of fish. It is a short walk from the beach and old city centre. We can heartily recommend this hotel.

The entire staff was very friendly, the room was very modern and the food was delicious!!! :-) Some of the food was sometimes lukewarm rather than hot, but that didn't bother me at all. I don't know what else I could write? I thought the hotel was really cool!!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, including the rooms, public areas both inside and out. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was a good size, overlooking the pool, with a modern walk in shower. There was a fair amount of storage overall with an open wardrobe space and shelving. The breakfast room was modern, clean and well set out and had good choices of food and beverages. The pool area wasn't large but I thought big enough for the size of the hotel and it also had a jacuzzi on another level with more seating and on the roof level was a plunge pool with a few sunbeds and seating for adults only. The one negative thing I would say was that the outside furniture was past its best and definitely needs replacing for next year. The hotel was in a quiet road, a couple of minutes walk to bars, restaurants and shops and a 10 walk to the old town, which was fantastic.

Staff were great in the restaurant with me as had a walking problem. Jose who worked in the bar was a credit to the hotel also willing to help out. The young lady who worked lates in the 2nd week of September needs to remember that the guests will order want they want to drink and them. I'm not the best of walkers so to told it can take 6 to 10 mins to walk to the old town need to remember that not everyone walks great, plenty of places to sit while going to old town. Felt as I was made to feel like a 2nd class person with my walking problems. On the 1st day of arrival we were advised very loudly that our room had been made available early due to our arrival time. Hotel is in residential area. The best bit is way the weekly markets which is right outside the hotel every Thursday.
