Hotel Ours Blanc - Centre

Old-fashioned hotel, very well located in the center of Toulouse. Close to Place Wilson and the Capitol. Very lively evenings in the street. Super friendly staff. Bedding (2 single beds) nickel.

Parking partenaire loin de l'hôtel donc pas pratique. Petit déjeuner ridicule voire honteux. Hormis le lieu en.cente ville, le reste est à.revoir

Clearly not up to what one would expect for a hundred euros per night. Tiny room, bathrooms of the same ilk and rather very poorly made. Breakfast is also the minimum, in a small room where as many tables as possible are crammed together. The only positive point is perhaps the location, and again, remember to take earplugs if you want to fall asleep before 1:30 am. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Very central, clean, quite modern. Good size room, clean (although with a musty smell upon arrival in the bathroom), quiet. Shower, clean towels and mini soap/shampoo. Classic buffet breakfast, nice people!

Sales service not up to par, especially if you are forced to cancel a night for major reasons and wait for their decision which only happens if you follow up! Commercially Void, especially when late notification 5 p.m. is mentioned……

Too noisy at night especially on weekends because of the bar next door. Bathroom with shower and toilet too small. aging carpet. the only positive point is the very good bedding. a renovation of the bathroom would be good. We have already stayed in a room with a bathtub it was better

Horrible is not a strong enough adjective to describe our experience at this hotel. We came as a couple for one night and only stayed in the room for an hour before fleeing to another establishment! Nauseous odors upon entering the room, dirty carpet on the floor, window overlooking an interior courtyard littered with cigarette butts, dirty tissues and even a toothpaste package that must have been there for 2 years. Let's not even talk about the state of the bathroom, worse than a toilet on a motorway rest area with hairs on the walls and a shower curtain blackened by wear and dirt. No privacy either because in the room you hear your neighbor sneezing, going to the toilet and doing somersaults. The room was no bigger than a maid's room in the rooftops of Paris. All for 70 euros per night. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the staff, explaining our hasty departure (there was no way for us to sleep in this rat hole) and the young girl at reception didn't even know how to answer us other than "Ah ok " without even offering us a refund or a commercial gesture. The photos offered when booking on the site are misleading and correspond neither to reality nor to a three-star hotel. Reading other comments, our surprise grew when we learned that there would also be bedbugs and that it would be a transient hotel.... In short, it is not my habit to write a comment and even less a negative one but if I can help future travelers avoid wasting time and money during their visit to this beautiful city that is Toulouse, then I might as well do it! FLEE this establishment. This is theft. We were pleasantly surprised by going to the Hôtel Innès by Happyculture located just 3 minutes walk from this horrible establishment and whose cleanliness and comfort are impeccable.
