Très bon séjour en couple. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre bien équipée avec un gros + pour la literie au top. Nous avons pu profiter du spa (sauna hammam et balnéo) A quelques mètres leurs 2 restaurants dont 1 étoilé. Le tout dans une région riche en patrimoine historique ! Et viticole!

Très bon stop pour 24 h pour visiter les vignobles tout autour L hôtel est très bien géré les chambres rénovés Le restaurant l écrin très largement en dessous de mes attentes honnêtement très déçu ma chambre très bien et pas cher et surtout des vignobles à 30 kms à la ronde extraordinaire très bon étape hôtel

Positief: het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de ligging is top. Je kan je auto ook kwijt op de binnenplaats die 's avonds wordt afgesloten. Negatief: de inrichting van het hotel inclusief de kamers is gedateerd en heel oubollig alhoewel beweerd wordt dat de kamers vernieuwd zijn. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar niet alles was vers bereid/afgesneden (het roerei, de gebakken worstjes, ham en stukken kaas hebben we na twee happen links laten liggen), heel jammer.

Excellent location in between the Netherlands and south of France , Spain. Tournus is beautiful and has many fine restaurants. The hotel is in the middle of town and has its own gated parking . The service of the hotel is outstanding; super friendly. Rooms are comfortable and have it all , from comfortable beds till espresso machine. On top a super price quality !

Des points positifs comme la gentillesse du personnel, une literie confortable et un petit déjeuner très convenable . Néanmoins , les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiées car les chambres petites et un décor vieillissant... De plus ,l'intitulé "Hotel et spa laisse penser que le client bénéficie de cet avantage ! Il n'en n'est rien : 1 heure de jacuzzi est facturée 25€ par personne ,soit 100 € pour 4 !! Tarif prohibitif et peu acceptable en comparant aux offres d'autres établissement avec piscine intérieure chauffée et jacuzzi etc..

Un hôtel avec un charme fou !! Notre chambre ( 100) était spacieuse et confortable. La literie est vraiment douillette et cocooning. La vue sur l’abbaye est très agréable. Le spa privatif est top. Très propre et complet. Un vrai bonheur et un moment de détente très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner devant la cheminée est un moment bien agréable pour débuter la journée. D’un très bon rapport qualité/prix avec des viennoiseries et une belle gamme de produits salés. Le sourire est présent autant au départ, qu’à l’arrivée. Toujours un mot gentil … À bientôt.

Je viens dans cette hôtel de puis 2012. Hôtel très douillet, chaleureux et confortable. Très bonne literie. Belles boiserie. Petit dej très bon. Et surtout un accueil vraiment top. Monsieur Pierre et madame Céline…. D’une gentillesse qui fait plaisir. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.
