The room is a little larger at the corner, and the bathroom area is large and may be wheelchair accessible. The hotel is close to the train station and convenient for trains. As a nostalgic kid who has gone back to studying in Tours for ten years, it must be said that this apartment has all the conveniences. It only takes 3 minutes to catch the train and it is very convenient to go to the castle and the city center. There is a mini kitchen in the apartment-style, where you can make your own tea, buy alcohol and make some convenient fast food. I booked the cheapest room type because I was traveling alone, but the room for me was facing the church bell tower, and the bed was super large and comfortable. It may not be as big as a big hotel room, but a typical French residence is like this. The sanitation is very good, but the catch is that there is no daily room cleaning.

Fantastic find. On a busy pedestrianised street full of life, shops and restaurants, yet I still had a room that was absolutely silent at night. Very nice welcome, help with parking (underground car park a five minute walk away, 12,50 for an overnight stay). Good local restaurants, very clean and pleasant room, comfortable bed. The patron was a really nice guy who spoke English to me when I arrived after driving from Calais, and happy to switch to French the next morning when I had had a sleep! Lovely breakfast, including a choice of two kinds of butter. Class.

I stayed in this small hotel for the orals of the Capes de Lettres Modernes for two days. The rooms were not iron-free, but the director made a table available to me in one of the rooms, and this twice with the smile. Thanks to her and thanks to her employee. I had my competition 😉
