It is very bad for my colleague to book. The bad reason is that I can't swipe my credit card. It is not only a secured credit card, but also my colleague's two credit cards are not successful in the hotel front desk. In the end, I can only find Chinese restaurants to change euros. Cash, very disgusting is that the hotel also questioned the authenticity of the coins. They did not admit that there was a problem with their POS machines. They were not only having problems with the POS machine, but even the deduction system had problems. Ctrip also helped me to pay the hotel. Also failed. So the next time you travel, you will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is in a yard. The environment is very good. The location is relatively good. A taxi is required anywhere in Tours. The other is that the restaurant always has flies to fly, both inside and outside. Although foreigners don't care, I can't accept it. !

Pros: location is close to the train station. Beds are comfortable. We didn’t eat here but there is a restaurant on site. Nice pool and steam room, but the jacuzzi is a cold bath. Cons: The concierge lost my spa reservation 2 hours after I made it and was unapologetic. Overall, they were brief and non-hospitable, which was quite a negative difference from the other places we have stayed in France. The facilities are very old. The hair dryer was poor and the coffee maker did not work well. There was no air conditioning in the fitness center and it was uncomfortably hot.

I had wrote beforehand asking for a view of river as a special occasion. When we arrived Elsa had arranged a lovely room and also a platter of sweet treats and a note. Honestly was so lovely and most appreciated. The room was spacious and a side view of river and the tram outside. We parked across the road and took the glass lift to just outside the entrance of hotel, very easy. Our car only just fitted in though ,being 1.8 m height and quite tight spaces and corners. The hotel is placed in an ideal spot. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Even a Starbucks next door. Only issue was room was quite warm, it was a beautiful day and sun was streaming in. Will definitely be returning as loved Tours

In the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! Inflexible on check-in saying the room would be ready at 17:00, after a variety of hurry and laughs to take you around by them, carefully not to get the chief in the next office, They continued to postpone the allocation of the room .. and finally hand keys at 17.30. Check out is at morning .... Furthermore, I didn't understand the room number of the apartments, instead of helping me by writing them or by saying a number at once, she was shocked to continue to repeat the numbers in full in French. Excellent. Nicely fitted out room. Felt new. Fair beer and wine prices, soft seating area to chill in. Secure bike storage. Reception team all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Georg, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was very good also, usual Hampton offering. Great location for centre. Car park 50m away, secure and 12 Euro for 24 hrs.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Tour Train Station. When I made a reservation, I thought it was a hotel similar to IBIS. After entering the room, I found a surprise. The room was warmly decorated. Although the decorations were not high-end, they were carefully designed to make people feel comfortable. This hotel is a great choice for Tours and is worth recommending.
