就是因為要看煙花，從機場坐了5200日元的北斗特急來了洞爺湖。酒店前台有中文接待，在南千歲站買好車票打電話告知車次前台會安排司機來接站。可以省下一百多人民幣的打車費。所有房間都能看湖景，超級贊。一泊兩食的組合加免費温泉和煙花使得一千三人民幣的房間物超所值。圓了多年在北海道泡温泉的夢想。第二天去jr車站依舊可以預約送站。服務很到位。

Pretty decent location. Appearance of hotel is old and furnishings are slightly out dated. Service is quite decent though it can be improved further. Quote an eg, English speaking staff is very limited. Generally, this hotel has what it got to make the stay enjoyable

The slightly worse point is that the bathhouse is relatively old, and you can't see anything in the outdoor hot spring, unlike the wide view of the top floor bathroom of Nono Kaze.
PS: If I remember correctly, the hotel shuttle bus is Sapporo, Hakodate and Toya Station. There is no airport shuttle bus. If you go to the airport, you have to go to Toya Station to take the express; but Nono Kaze next door has a shuttle bus to the airport, but it does not go to Toya Station. If the time is not right, you have to take a taxi to Toya Station to take the train, which is about 2,000 yen.
