The stay at the hotel was pleasant.
Negatives:
- The room was a bit on the small side. It is quite difficult to open a travel suitcase in the room itself. The room's narrow entrance requires some coordination to enter with a suitcase.
- When using the toilet we received an unpleasant surprise (clogged drain). However, we could count on the good service of the hotel clerk.
Pros:
- excellent service from the hotel clerk.

Convenient, 3rd floor inside the airport, seamless boarding, I didn’t tell you when boarding from Kansai
Quiet, I can't hear any outside noise when I sleep anyway

Indeed, as mentioned above, it was dirty and smelly. The chairs and sofas were stained. The windows were closed and could not be opened for ventilation. The air was even more stale. I only stayed for one night and would not choose it again.
