Ctrip's first review, no domestic tourist evaluation, the price of taking two breakfasts and two dinners is more than 2,100 yuan a night, dining in the room, children eat adults. Warm service, not early check-in. No Chinese house number, good location, just opposite a soup, next to Komatsu. Japanese-style rooms have no bathroom. The two of us can bring children, and they charge 1,000 yen for children. The price does not include the town hot spring fee and tax, and finally paid 3,580 yen for the soup fee and tax and children's fee when leaving. The room is on the opposite side of the street, with a small toilet, an old house, a sleeping Japanese-style floor, a lot of kaiseki dishes for dinner, some crabs taste good, and beef hot pot is not like to eat, plum wine is good. It costs more than 1,000 yuan more for a meal than a separate room. It feels more expensive than eating outside. It is mainly an experience. There are seven hot springs in the town and four hot springs in the town. The overall feeling is good. This shop does not do word-of-mouth marketing for Chinese people, and often has rooms. The price of bringing meals is also moderate. I don't know how about a store of about 3,000, and there are more than 1,000 with breakfast and dinner. The overall feeling is OK, and the consumption is moderate

The hot spring hotel is about a 5-minute walk across from Jogasaki Onsen Train Station and next to Jizo hot spring. The location is very good. All the reception staff are warm and thoughtful, with a sense of ceremony. The rooms are newly decorated and the facilities are very modern and complete. Even the humidifier is filled with hot spring water. The check-in is full of rituals, and the hotel offers a unique afternoon tea. The hotel's private hot spring is also very good. In winter, it is equipped with an orange hot spring, and there is also very considerate ice tea for drinking in the hot spring. However, the quality of the food is good, but there are not many varieties. It is not really a kaiseki meal. It is just a small bug.
Only a 5-minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Train Station, Asagiriso offers indoor and outdoor public hot-spring baths for guests to relax in. Each Japanese-style room features a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas only. Guests can bathe in other 7 famous hot-spring baths in the area which are within a 5-minute walk away. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags are included in each. Slippers are provided for all guests and the en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Guests can purchase local products at the gift shop. Photocopying services are available at the front desk. Asagiriso Inn is a 10-minute drive from Kinosaki Marine World and a 15-minute drive from Genbudo Park.

The location is mentioned to be about 5 or 7 minutes from the station, depending on where you read about it.
I think it's more like 8-10. It's not far, but not close enough to walk luggage comfortably.
I want to give the place 5 stars, but I also want to give it 2 stars. The service was good. They helped shuttle us around through the rain.
The lady that served our dinner was very patient and helpful.
Unfortunately, there is a big problem. The room we received has no view of the Maruyama river or garden, although it is advertised as such in pictures and descriptions on website.
Our rooms had a view of the parking lot and the road, which the front desk referred to as a ”mountain” view.
I'm sorry, but this just isn't a good practice. You MUST make this as a different type of room with different price and let customers decide the value.
I would not have booked if I had known this.
There is also another small problem. The dinner was overall quite good, but I saw some other customers received different dinners with the full snow crab and sake. We received part of a snow crab and cheap white wine. I am confused. It would help to have an explanation. Otherwise I can't help but feel these problems are because I am not a Japanese customer.

A very authentic Japanese experience! Plus I booked a kaiseki dinner, which was delicious and unusual for a European person. The food was very fresh and beautifully served.
Used public and private onsen of the ryokan, both were nice.

The building is a bit old but clean. Of course, credit cards are also available. The hot spring has 2 inner hot water (both men and women 1 one), 2 open-air bath (both men and women 1 one), and it is a change system, so you can enter 4 types in all. The 1 of the open-air baths need to walk up to different floors, so the person who is inconvenient may be a little bit hard about it. (The scenery is very good) The outer bath ticket can be used even after checking out (15:30) and is very convenient. It's a little off the hot spring town, but it's not as painful to walk (it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it may be hard for people who can't get used to shoes or geta). There are few restaurants near the hotel, and if you don't eat at the hotel, you need to go out to the hot spring town. Liquor such as beer is sold at the hotel, but it is expensive to buy it in the hotel. There is also a transfer car operated by the hotel, and the transfer from JR Shirosaki station is convenient. If you want to use it, please check the time zone well. (The hot spring town was also available in the evening) Please note that the underground facilities are closed due to the new corona virus infection (2020 8 month). The room also has a refrigerator, washbasin, toilet and bath, but the bath is quite small (I think I won't use it much because I use hot spring towns and hotel public baths). This time I used a plan with lunch box. I think it was very cost-effective with lunch boxes in the morning and evening at 1 million yen.

The food is delicious, the cospa of comfort twin and universal twin (although there is no view) is good, and this is the third stay. You need to walk a little or take the inn bus to visit the outdoor hot springs, but it doesn't bother you in a pleasant season (laughs). If you like long-established inns, I think the main building or another inn is better, but this is the best for me who likes twin rooms. The convenience of staying at a city hotel while enjoying the hot water in Kinosaki. The comfort room is not wasted in the size of the walk-in closet, the functionality of the washbasin and toilet, and the shower room. I really liked it. The view is also important in the sea inn, but this room with good cospa is pushed in shirosaki. The towels are from the front desk when going to the outdoor hot spring, and the large communal bath in the inn is full of bath towels and face towels. The past two visits in August, and the outdoor hot springs and inns were lively (noisy 々), but the GW was quiet and I enjoyed the outdoor hot springs, inns and meals. I will visit you again. Thank you very much.

The exterior looked old, but the interior was in good condition. The baths for men and women are changed depending on the day. When I went in at night, it was early and there weren't many people, so I went in slowly. The open-air bath only allows outside air to enter, but you cannot see the outside scenery at all. I took a different bath in the morning, but the open-air bath was under repair. It may be a little strange for people who place a lot of importance on the bath. You can also visit the outside baths, so it might be a good idea to enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. I don't know. The view from the room was on the opposite side of the river, so I could only see the back of the building, but the four-person room was divided into a Western-style room on the first floor and a Japanese-style room on the second floor, so it was a relaxing stay. Dinner and breakfast were buffets, and there was quite a lot of variety. Since the restaurant was fully booked, more dishes were added one after another, so there was never a time when I couldn't get what I wanted. For dessert, there was also soft serve ice cream, which the kids were happy with. After deciding to stay at Kinosaki Onsen, I was torn between choosing a small ryokan, but in the end I think it was a good value for money.

When I mapped out our November-December 2023 trip to Japan last June, I chose west of Kansai region and the northwest along the Sea of Japan where Kansai Wide Area 5-day Pass and Sanyo/San’in Area 7-day Pass would cover. When I came across Kinosaki on the map, I thought this would be the first place to begin our journey of “off the beaten path” (this was my 10th trip to Japan, my desire to travel off the beaten path was obvious.) Since Kinosaki is an onsen town, it makes sense to choose a traditional ryokan with on-site onsen. I found Onishiya Suishoen’s official website very helpful. The photos are genuinely impressive. It has all I was looking for: daily 10-course Kaiseki dinner with premium choices of Matsuba crabs, Tajima beef and local delicacies, along with traditional Japanese breakfast, can be served in-room or in a private dining room; indoor/outdoor onsen; a quiet guest room for two, with private garden views; free shuttle from the JR Kinosaki station; an entertainment lounge; a public sitting lounge with views of scenic Japanese garden; away from the busy tourist center. A free day-stamped pass to use in town’s seven historical public onsens, valid per day from 14:00 to 15:00 the following day; a daily shuttle offers to and from main area of Kinosaki town, from 16:00 to 22:00. These are extra bonus offers to the guests. The guest car parking is available. We arrived at the Kinosaki JR Station on a rainy day. After exiting the station I found the sign of hotels free shuttle across the street just as I was informed at the time of booking. A local coordinator was waiting outside the station and started taking names of the arriving guests. I gave her our hotel’s name and after about 10-15 min waiting we boarded a van and headed to the local hotels. Interestedly, most of the guests in the van are foreigners like we, all got off the last stop. Upon checked in we were told to leave our luggage at the front lobby area. We then followed the hostess to the public lounge waiting for an assigned staff to accompany us to the room and to get familiar with what they have to offer during the stays. When I booked this ryokan I asked for a quiet room and surely our room is at the end of the first floor hallway. During our two-night stay we had a personal hostess named Chiba. She catered our needs for the entire stay, served two meals a days, prepared beddings and replenished in-room services for us. On the second night she noticed we were trying to stack several cushions over the leg-less chairs to improve the posture comforts. She asked if we would prefer regular chairs and a raised table. When we said yes, she quickly popped up the table legs and brought us two chairs. We were so pleased with her attention to details. She did her best in English, explained our daily meal options and introduced each serving plate and sources of the ingredients. She was a very good hostess for us. On the first night we had seafood Kaiseki dinner with premium selec

This time I came to Chengqi to live in one of the two hotels on the left. Although it is a ten-minute drive from the city center, it doesn’t matter because it’s self-traveling. Because I really like the hotel room facing the sea, the room also has a bathtub for the sea view. It’s freehand. There are two private soups in the hotel. You can make an appointment to enjoy the time. The most important thing is that the hotel waiter is very polite and very helpful. In the evening, there is a hotel car to pick us up to the center of Shinzaki for dinner. Although we have a car, we also chose to take the hotel car because we wanted to thirsty wine at night. The driver is also very polite. After dinner, I picked us up at the restaurant door and returned to the hotel. The service was intimate and will come again. It is worth recommending.

I quite like this hotel! The front desk also gave us a 1000yen/per coupon, and there was also a list of places where it could be used. We were worried that there was no place to eat in the remote area, so we just picked a restaurant that looked pretty good. It took a few minutes to drive there... You still need to take off your shoes for the tatami, and then an English-speaking waiter came out and gestured to say sorry, it was full... But there was obviously no one in the store, hahaha! I think it might be a reservation system. After a bow and sending us out, we could only rely on Lawson for dinner. I joked with the front desk, and then went to the restaurant bar to eat the dinner I bought at the convenience store. On the way, a staff member came and found several restaurants, gestured that he could help make a reservation by phone and we could go right away. But we were already full... haha! But the service attitude is really good... (The restaurant that I didn’t eat is the one in the picture, planting grass... leave it for next time)

GGuest UserThe hotel will send you an email a few days in advance to confirm some matters, such as when to arrive, whether to arrange pick-up, breakfast and dinner arrangements, etc. The hotel is quiet and beautiful, and the service is very good. There is hot spring soup in the hotel, so you don't have to go out to the so-called seven public hot spring baths. The hotel's hot spring has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. You don't need to bring anything. The toiletries inside are Pola. Just put on the Japanese yukata and take the key to the door. It is much simpler and more convenient than bringing towels when going out. Besides, on such a hot day, 35-37 degrees, won't it be too hot to go out? There are too many people in the public hot springs, so there is nothing good about it. I booked half board including breakfast and dinner. There are two kinds of breakfast, Japanese style and Western style, at 9 o'clock at the latest, and it is ready when I go, and I am too full. I ate dinner in my own room, served one by one, the chef selected the ingredients every day, exquisite and delicious, and I was too full, haha. Needless to say, the service is top-notch. There are free drinks in the hotel refrigerator, water, juice, sports drinks, sparkling water, beer, and coffee, milk, and fresh juices on the first floor for free. The hotel also rents bicycles for free, just make a reservation. After riding for about 5 kilometers, you will reach the seaside in the north. There is also a small aquarium, which is probably a national park. Otherwise, leave it to you to see for yourself.
GGuest UserComfortable business hotel in Ebara area. With fast free wifi and basic amenities like mini ref and TV. Toilet has the standard Japanese electric bidet which always appreciated, also bath tubs. A/C was cold. Slight old school room key with large key chain which you leave at front desk when leaving the hotel. With set Japanese breakfast but option to have bread and coffee which we didnt try. There is a family mart 8mins away by foot.
GGuest UserSuper super super super, the room is comfortable and clean, the air conditioning is sufficient, the toiletries in the room are Pola, the hot spring can choose private soup, the window is the sea. The hotel is a bit far from the station. It is dark in Japan. The hotel can drive for free (reservation is required). I will leave at 7 o'clock the next day and I am very helpful. Thank you~
GGuest UserWe stayed at Tsuruya Ryoukan for a night, and had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The steamed crab and Tajima beef sukiyaki were especially wonderful. The service is excellent, and the inn is located within walking distance of two onsen! Just outside the inn, there is a place to make onsen eggs and a walkway filled with cherry blossoms. It was a really special experience!
The location is right in the middle of a tourist area facing the river, making it perfect for visiting public baths. The building is old, but when I entered the clean and well-maintained entrance, I felt the hospitality of the landlady. Free covered parking is available a short distance from the hotel. Even though I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, I was welcomed warmly, parked the car, and went sightseeing. There is no safe or bathroom in the room, but I left my valuables in the provided paper bag at the front desk. There were often no towels in the bathroom, and only one cup of tea (which was cleaned up when I returned to the room after breakfast). In addition, there are two baths that are the size of family baths, and if they are empty, you can freely use them as private baths. We ate in the large hall, just the two of us. There was so much crab that I couldn't finish the full course, so I picked out the best parts and had a luxurious meal. Although the lighting was fluorescent and the dining table was long, it was bland, but I thoroughly enjoyed the crab dish. The beef was also very tasty. The staff members are very cheerful, friendly, and kind. He carefully taught me how to eat and cook crab, and whenever I met him in the hallway, he always greeted me. Rental yukata can be rented for a fee, but there are not many types. Since I was wearing a yukata with a full-fledged bath towel, it took a lot of time to change clothes frequently when going to the public baths.
Location: very near to the rest of the onsen. Service: I booked this hotel as it was marketed as “kids friendly” onsen hotel on various websites, and kids yukata are available etc. I was told by the staff that kids yukata needs to pay a separate fee of JPY300 per set. Meals are strictly 1 hour only. They will collect the food once the time is up, regardless if you are done or not. I’ve got 2 toddlers and I struggle to meet the 1 hour timeline of feeding them plus myself. Unfortunately my food was cleared before I can finish them. Rooms: Rooms are ok, nothing worth mentioning. Onsen is small.
AAnonymous UserEverything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, ”Oh,” and told me the amount to pay again. It was so
At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai.
Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really.
And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.
