The outdoor bath is good. Room is spacious and clean. We enjoy our stay in Shinzan.

應該係最近番新裝修很舒服潔淨，服務態度很好，可以穿着和服外出拍照行街，是很特別體驗，我擇了店內的溫泉，有4個已經很足夠也很潔淨。晚餐和早餐都非常豐富和美味，服務員能說普通話講解，只係沒有開水供應，要額外付費點飲品。另外比左個pass去其他外面的溫泉，但沒有事先講明要收費，我哋跟本沒有時間享用不知道可否退款。

It is a very special experience. I chose the hot springs in the store. There are 4 hot springs in the hotel, which are sufficient and clean. Both dinner and breakfast were very rich and delicious. The waiters could explain in Mandarin. However, there was no boiling water and you had to pay extra to order drinks. In addition, there is a pass to go to other hot springs outside, but it was not stated in advance that there would be a fee. We didn't have time to enjoy it and we didn't know whether we could get a refund.

酒店位於城崎温泉的深處，距離火車站將近2公里，有班車接送，人相對少，價格也將對實惠。酒店新裝修，設施乾淨整潔，自帶兩個温泉，一個露天，一個半露天。入住酒店會發一個二維碼，可以憑此去小鎮上七個公共温泉巡遊。另外兩餐也不錯，吃飽沒問題。

〇旅館が古い…とにかく部屋中ギシギシ音がして、今にも床が抜けるのかと思うほど。 〇食事…カニ半身から１匹に、海鮮サラダをのどぐろの煮つけに変更。量はしっかり あり、十分満足。 〇風呂…外湯めぐりはせず、内湯だけで十分。露天風呂へは階段を登っていかねばなら ないので、年寄りには大変かと。また12月に宿泊したので、露天までが寒い。 〇トイレ…部屋のトイレだけ温水洗浄便座だったが、部屋外は設備なし。 〇立地…城崎温泉街の外れにあるが、チェックアウト後も自家用車を昼まで置かせて もらえ、片道だけだがバスで城崎駅まで送ってくれる。帰りは徒歩だが便利に感じる。

You have to climb the stairs to get to the open-air bath, so it might be difficult for the elderly. Also, since I stayed in December, it was cold up to the open air. 〇 Toilet: Only the toilet in the room had a warm water washing toilet seat, but there is no facility outside the room. 〇Location: Although it is located on the outskirts of Kinosaki Onsen town, even after checking out, they let me park my car until noon, and they will take you to Kinosaki Station by bus, although it is only one way. It's a short walk on the way back, but it feels convenient.

The building is a bit old but clean. Of course, credit cards are also available. The hot spring has ２ inner hot water (both men and women １ one), ２ open-air bath (both men and women １ one), and it is a change system, so you can enter ４ types in all. The １ of the open-air baths need to walk up to different floors, so the person who is inconvenient may be a little bit hard about it. (The scenery is very good) The outer bath ticket can be used even after checking out (15:30) and is very convenient. It's a little off the hot spring town, but it's not as painful to walk (it takes about 10 minutes to walk, so it may be hard for people who can't get used to shoes or geta). There are few restaurants near the hotel, and if you don't eat at the hotel, you need to go out to the hot spring town. Liquor such as beer is sold at the hotel, but it is expensive to buy it in the hotel. There is also a transfer car operated by the hotel, and the transfer from JR Shirosaki station is convenient. If you want to use it, please check the time zone well. (The hot spring town was also available in the evening) Please note that the underground facilities are closed due to the new corona virus infection (2020 ８ month). The room also has a refrigerator, washbasin, toilet and bath, but the bath is quite small (I think I won't use it much because I use hot spring towns and hotel public baths). This time I used a plan with lunch box. I think it was very cost-effective with lunch boxes in the morning and evening at １ million yen.

The hotel is some distance away from the hot spring street. Although the Yun Hotel itself is considered self-sufficient, it is only on foot to visit the hot spring street. The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but there are no departures very early. We walked back to the hotel for more than half an hour after visiting the seven outer soups. In addition, everything is very good, the service is enthusiastic, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is of a certain standard.

The hotel facilities are longer, the breakfast and dinner village is superb Japanese cuisine, the hotel service is attentive, and the open-air hot springs are particularly good
