Except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it. The female waiters are very friendly. There was an older man who seemed a little confusing. Maybe it was because I couldn't understand or speak Japanese. He kept talking to me in a confusing way. Then the towel I was given when I checked out the next day seemed to have been used by someone else. Later I bought one myself at a small shop. The kimono bath was too difficult to wear. I have poor hands-on skills. It's my own fault, not the hotel's. I ate so much at dinner and breakfast that my stomach exploded.

When a group of 5 people booked a two-night stay, they were arranged to stay in one room type and have two meals. The room was a surprise. It was about 1,000 feet. It had two bathrooms, which was very convenient. There was a view outside the window. Everyone was very satisfied. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a shuttle bus across the street from Nagasaki. The hotel staff came to pick us up as soon as possible and helped us pick up our luggage. The service was attentive and praiseworthy. Although the hotel is old, many facilities, including the rooms, have been renovated and feel very good. However, the hotel's hot springs are thin, but they are also very comfortable. There is also a lounge on the top floor of the hotel that provides free tea and coffee, which is really nice. Breakfast and dinner on both days were Japanese-style, with ample portions and delicious food. The hot spring pass is also included and can be used until 3:30 pm on the day of check-out. If I have the opportunity to visit Kinosaki again, I will choose this hotel again.

There are many kinds of meals, but they are very difficult to eat. The paid hot spring view on the top floor is great, but very small. There are no curtains in the Western-style room, so I was woken up by the sun at 5 o'clock. It's an old hotel. It can be seen that the facilities are old, the hygiene is up to standard, and the service is good.

It is a Japanese-style hotel with good facilities, especially the Zaofang. It is a must-visit. The room is very clean and tidy, and the environment is very beautiful. The attitude of the hotel waiters is very serious and professional, which is unbeatable. And Mr. Bird,,😆

The room and food are very good, the dinner has a surprise, very delicious.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff were beyond courteous, and the meal that was included with our room was out of this world fantastic. The town is so charming, with lots of shopping, baths, small shrines, and a beautiful river with willow trees. Wish we could have stayed there an extra few days.

Great location - walkable to other public onsens and restaurants, and comfortable accommodations. Private onsens on hotel site were a big plus.

Staff are really nice. Convenient location close to station and onsen. We love their lounge they even have free gelato😍

The hotel is a bit out-dated. The public bath is small and the private in-room outdoor bath is more spacious. However, the shower in the bathroom is very inconvenient, we have to press the button before water comes out, so it’s a manual facility. The water is also quite weak so it’s not comfortable at all. People are in general nice and polite though they cannot communicate well in English, it gives a good impression of the hotel. All-in-all, it’s not worth for the level of price that was charged.

Stayed with a 4 member family and decided to add on the dinner set menu few days before our arrival. Aside from their excellent service, it was very kind of them that they decided to give us free upgrade for the room, which was a huge surprise for us. They provide free transportation with shuttle bus between the hotel and the main station, by which very convenient for those traveling with families. Dinner was also superb as they adjusted the seasonal menu based on our dietary restriction. Had a great stay in overall and very satisfied with the service given.
