The hotel is great, it has its own family hot spring, the hygiene is very good, and the service is also great. There were not many people in Kinosaki Hot Spring Town when I went there, so you can take a dip in several hot springs in the town during your stay. The hotel’s dinner is also delicious

The hotel is near to the train station, just 5 to 10 mins walk. The room was clean and tidy. Toilet seat, water basins, refrigerator, hot water boiling machine were provided. Staff prepared the Japanese beds for us in the evening. There were a sitting room, book reading areas, smoking room inthe.public area. Private session for private onsens were provided. A free of charge card for the seven hot springs and city bus was provided. The staff were nice and helpful. The environment was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Elegant hotel with very pleasant baths on the top floor, especially on the roof. Accessible 5 minutes from the station on foot. High quality meal, very attentive service. Pleasant bedding. The view from the rooms is of limited interest, but is compensated by that of the roof.
