A bit far from public onsen but not too hard for waking. Dinner & breakfast were buffeted by variety style. The hotel onsen was very beautiful and their facilities were great. Luv this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

The room is so spacious. I have booked 3 rooms, but turn out 1 room had a strong cigarette smell. The staffs changed the new room for us immediately. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style and both are so good. The soft cream at restaurant reminded me of childhood softcream. They also provided free bar both day and night time. The staffs are so nice and polite. Love this place. Will definitely go back again.

The hotel is located 5 mins drive away from the most busy onsen street where the 7 historic public baths are located. The hotel gives us a voucher for unlimited free access to all these 7 baths during our stay. They also offer free snacks, beer, coffee throughout the day and has a very big lounge for customers to gather together. The buffet dinner offers good sashimi (common fishes) and their tempura comes out in white colour which means they do not use aging oil to fry. Though the food is common shrimp, sweet potatoes…., the way they handle food is very much appreciated. With around ¥30,000 a night for 2 people with half board, I have no complaints.

Heavy storm has disrupted our plan. We had to canceled one night on the day. Hotel staff was very understanding and helpful for taking care of the cancellation and refund. Appreciated!!

The toilet and shower area is very smelly. The food were fair, actually it’s quite disappointing.

The room is quite big, the scenery is beautiful, the buffet is also great, the hotel provides kimonos, shoes and bags for free, and you can take the free hotel bus to the town for a walk and take pictures! There is also a free shuttle bus at the station, which you can see when you get out of the train station. It is relatively far from the center of the town, about 15 minutes walk

The road leading into the hotel is under repair and it is very inconvenient to get in and out of the market. Everything else is very satisfactory.

The toiletries are advanced and slippery. The room has more beds than before the renovation a few years ago. In short, many things in this hotel have become more expensive after the renovation. The original delivery to the station was also delivered in the afternoon, but now it is not delivered to the station after checking out. There are seven bath coupons for other bathrooms, which can be used before 3:00. It is recommended to take a bath, because your room rate includes these fees. The hot spring street is recommended to be seen at night. It is very beautiful. There are two different views during the day and at night. Kinosaki Onsen is now becoming popular. The view of the room is still different due to the price difference. The low-priced one is just behind a building (Figure 2). You can't see the lake or the street view. These are for reference only.

Awesome hot spring hotel! There is a free shuttle bus when you come out of the train station. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and introduces every service and facility of the hotel in detail! One hot spring is outdoor and the other is semi-open air. They will be rotated every other day. They are very clean! The buffet dinner has many varieties, highly recommended!

In Kinosaki, it is considered a large hotel. It's not on the main street, but it takes about 78 minutes to walk. There are signs and walking routes opposite. There are also shuttle buses. The room is quite big. When I opened the door, it was small and eerie. When I opened the bedroom door, it suddenly became enlightened. It was quite interesting. The dinner is Japanese style and quite rich. Breakfast was average. The hot spring in the hotel is very good, I think it is better than the 7 free ones on the street. There are indoor, outdoor, sauna and so on. You can also change clothes. There are massage chairs in the lobby and free food and drink. 7 free hot spring tickets.

When booking, we recommend asking for a river view room on the upper floor. -The hotel is far from the train station. kinosakionsen is almost 1 kilometer, walking is quite difficult. It is recommended to use the free bus service to pick up and drop off from the hotel.
