Kinosaki Onsen is a beautiful destination to visit, but unfortunately, this particular place falls short in terms of hospitality. If you want to have an enjoyable stay in Kinosaki Onsen, it's best to avoid this establishment. The staff here is quite unfriendly, and the customer service is subpar.
