Ik schrijf dit omdat ik zelf graag de reviews lees bij een boeking. Zou deze plaats en hotel overslaan. Wij sliepen in de stads suite 240 euro per nacht, zonder ontbijt. Geen keuken zoals op de foto ook geen koffiemachine of koelkastje voor een koffie of drankje, en je kan ook niet even in lobby iets halen want je zit aan het eind van dorp waar niks is, alleen maar veel lawaai van het verkeer, zeker in de avond en nacht. Beetje restaurant zit aan andere kant van het water. Zou eerder daar kiezen voor hotel.
Wij kregen ook van de gastheer en vrouw geen vakantie gevoel, jammer genoeg.
Gewoon een glimlach was al leuk geweest.
Trier en Belstein zijn trouwens geweldige plekken.

Ein Schönes kleines Hotel an guter Lage; Clever Frühstücken mit wenig ‚Wastefood‘ (das Wichtigste wird vorbestellt) und hübschen kleinen Zimmer. Wir waren zwar nur zwei Übernachtungen dort, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Genügend Auswahl an Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

3 night stay at the start of July. Nice hotel, comfortable room and central location. Felt like we had the place to ourselves which was peaceful. Temperature reached 32 degrees one of the days and room stayed reasonably cool without air conditioning. Very thick walls may have helped. Definitely recommend it.

Im hochwasserchaos wurden nach 1 Übernachtung 3 berechnet, da es lt. Inhaber keinen Grund gab, abzureisen. Die Straßen waren gesperrt, der öffentliche Nahverkehr und der Schiffsverkehr waren bereits eingestellt. Die tiefgarage des hotels war gesperrt

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal zu Gast im Moseltor und durchweg sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, gesund und lecker. Auf dem Buffet findet man auch Milchalternativen bzw. laktosefreie Milch. Die GastgeberInnen sind sehr freundlich und haben immer eine gute Restaurantempfehlung weiter zu geben. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch im Hotel Moseltor.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Moseltor. The rooms are very inviting and we had a beautiful view of the Mosel and Trarbach. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a large selection of fresh products. The owner is super friendly, so you always feel at home. On Easter Sunday the Easter Bunny even hopped past us, which we thought was a great gesture.
