I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas period with the family and I. Unfortunately, we were stolen (a sum) on the last day of staying at the hotel while we were at breakfast. The hygiene officer who had a Master entry card for all the rooms went into the room three times in two minutes and stole the money. Of course, this is what the surveillance cameras showed me and I saw it myself, knowing that on the day of the hotel, there was no cleaning of the room. The police were called, but unfortunately, we didn't benefit, although there was evidence that showed everything, and that you needed to go to a police center to complain, and the police translator advised not to go what we didn't benefit, he told us and mosquitoed our God. I advise everyone, especially I'm most hotel guests, Arabs, cautiously, and not leaving anything in the rooms. Specifically, the stealer is the cleaning officer, who has a card for all rooms.

The staff are SUPERB, very polite and very helpful. Our stay was very good because of the wonderful staff. They speak very good English. The location is also amazing, in old town Trabzon with cobblestoned narrow streets, full of restaurants, near Trabzon Meyden Park always bustling with people. The hotel is also 5-10 minute walking distance to the Tourist Information Center, drop in before you visit any place as they will let you know how to get there and what will be the price of public transportation. They speak fluent English. The area is safe but keep in mind that like ANY old town of a city, the streets are narrow and hence big buses (or camper van will not fit in). Room was spacious and clean with A/C and heater. We got a room with the view of Black sea. Bathroom was clean and hot water was good. The Wifi was strong. Turkish breakfast was good with cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, bread, butter, jam, honey, tea coffee, olives etc. Its in the tourist area and lots of cars pass by, its a bit noisy but we slept pretty good. Get a room in the higher floors for less noise. We would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

It’s hard to find, and I can’t find it on Google Maps navigation. Later I asked the shops around the building to find out. You have to go through the tunnel and then go up the elevated highway. You can find this shop after entering the old town. It’s not usually difficult to find. The hotel, I promise you can’t find it. This hotel is dishonest. I have to swipe my card to pay when I check in. I asked him if he has deducted the money online? He said no. He returned the cash to me after I found the payment evidence online. The bed was too soft and my waist was folded. The room was small and the breakfast was poor.

Very beautiful view, Modern rooms, peaceful atmosphere, Nice lobby with eye catching view toward black sea. The seasonal swimming pool and gym were fantastic The lady in the reception was very helpful and expert in her work. We enjoyed the 3 nights stay in Radisson blue Trabzon. Our journey was in the month of July 2024.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

I have a booking with my wife and daughter I have a booking with my wife and daughter for 3 nights in ramada tarabzon when we received the room we were surprised that the room was with 3 single beds we contacted the reception to change to a room with a double bed and an extra single bed , we were informed that tonight nothing is available but they will make an Arrangement tomorrow to transfer to the reserved room , on the next day we were shocked by the hotel manger mr ameen who was extremely rude and denied they have any double rooms in the hotel plus he said that all the rooms in the hotel are single beds and there aren't any double beds , and he said that the only way to provide a double bed by combining 2 single beds , we weren’t satisfied with the answer but we went along with him because we were starting the day with a planned tour and we couldn’t wait much longer and when we came back at night unfortunately nothing changed we aren't happy with the situation and aren’t satisfied with our experience with ramada because we aren't used to this type of treatment from ramada

We spent 4 nights in this hotel as a base for our trips in northern Turkey before heading to Istanbul. The hotel was average, with modest rooms and breakfast. Rooms were ok though, with fairly good wifi and a small LCD TV. Bathrooms were not bad and clean. Tea and coffee facilities are present as well. The rooms are quite old and should be refurbished soon, but I think they already have better rooms, probably the ones with a sea view. The staff were friendly but usually couldn't speak english. The location was not very close to citycentre but taxis are not very expensive. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel and they have quite everything from groceries to fruits. Maybe it's not the best hotel in town but for a budgetary hotel it's not a bad choice.

IihuseynovThe hills of the hills are apart from the hills, sea and hill view, water air clean, owners and employees are very close to life, always near them. The rooms you see in the pictures are real, new furniture, new kitchen, new dishes, washing machine ... No parking problem, there is a child park in the backyard. ЛЛетаюExcellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

GGuest UserThe hotel is the usual budget hotel. Cleanliness, decoration, air-condition and comfort in rooms were all good. Breakfast was average. It's 10 minutes walking to downtown Trabzon. The real plus thing that I would encourage anyone to book this hotel for is the helpful staff. Selenay is just amazing. She helped us from the beginning in booking and advised us with better rooms to suit our big number (10 family members). She did a great job organizing our daily trips (3 days in a row - 1st one to Uzungol, 2nd to Zigana / Hamiskoy / Sumela Monastery & the 3rd to Rize). The thing I'm most grateful to her for is that I forgot some valuable stuff in the room and found out after returning to Egypt. She did her best to send me my belongings by mail and it worked out after several trials. I'm very thankful to her.

Занимается шантажем и вымогательством . Просит фотографии кредитных карт с обоих сторон. Сотрудники постоянно врут. Жаль раньше видео отзывы не видели об этом отеле . Ни в коем случае сюда нельзя заселяться . Многие положительные отзывы об отеле не настоящие либо уже не актуальные.

GGuest UserI checked in an economy room 410 for 5 nights from 1st to 6th of September. I reserved through their website and confirmed with them via whatsapp and paid when arrived using credit card. The room is cozy, but i loved it, as it satisfies my needs. It has no view but this was ok with me as I don't stay in the hotel, it is for bed and breakfast. 😊 The breakfast was nice, no much variaties, the same things almost everyday but it tastes good. The staff were friendly, the guy in the reception ”Hossam” was very friendly and helpful, he advised us with most of the attractions in the city. My room was cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. ❤️

QQazzaz1I’ve spent a very pleasant week in the BlackSea region, and my stay at Nur hotel made my trip even better, the hotel’s location is in the middle of city center with views on the city’s Meydan and the sea as well, the rooms are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful, especially mr. Eyüp, this guy is just the best, he’s very kind and helpful and he organized all of our trips around the region with affordable prices, so a huge shoutout to him, a little issues in the hotel for me were the cleaning service, as it wasn’t that great, and the breakfast, as it is with limited variety and not generous, but that’s all, everything else was amazing. In general, Trabzon and the BlackSea region is probably the best part of Turkey, and i enjoyed it to the full, and i recommend it to everyone, and highly recommend staying in Nur hotel whenever you decide to go there.
