We had an amazing few days away at the Majestic Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and service we received was amazing. The friendliness of the staff was like nothing we have experienced before. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how busy they were on a very busy St. Patrick’s Weekend. Great choice for buffet breakfast, piping hot food that was regularly topped up, and warm plates. We also ate in the bar, again food was delicious and piping hot. A particular item that we requested in our bedroom in advance in our stay was not overlooked. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and toiletries were not cheap. Beds were very comfortable and bedroom at a comfortable temperature. A particular word of thanks to Colm, the stunning ‘Majestic St. Patrick’s Day Bride’, the lovely lady with the blonde hair behind the bar, and certainly not least …the lady on cocktail and coffee duty at the bar on St. Patrick’s Day. ( Sorry we did not catch your names). How they managed to keep smiling doing this busy weekend I’ll never know. All the staff were top class. Thank you Majestic Hotel, we’ll be back for sure. Its 5 stars from us *****

We had our wedding I the Majestic with Laura last week and every aspect of the service and presentation was excellent. Delicious food, excellent staff, and amazing surroundings. Having enquired with a number of hotels in Waterford and having not experienced good customer service or follow up, we were delighted when we met the General Manager of the Majestic Laura McBrinn who met us face to face and followed up almost instantly with details/packages/options and all the rest. Laura's service only got better from there. She coordinated and advised us on pretty much every aspect of the wedding and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. She took calls and emails out of hours and sorted out last minute problems with ease. It really meant a lot to know that Laura was in control and there to help for anything we had overseen in the planning process. The Bridal Suite was an impressive room/rooms. Couldn't have asked for a higher standard, it was impeccable. Lots of room and the view was fantastic. We would recommend the Majestic and Laura to anyone for any type of event. We will certainly be back and look forward to future functions/events in the Majestic with Laura.

Our son has his wedding in the majestic Thursday and o my god it was amazing. The manager Laura what can I say you excellent greeting us making sure we had everything. It was a fantastic few days. well Done Laura to you and your Staff for making its so special for us and all our family

Gorgeous food had a vegetarian dish. Setting is gorgeous. So relaxing. We were here at christmas too and the decorstions and atmosphere were lovely. Easy parking. Service was excellent by all staff especially Colm. Looking forward to going back and planning to stay the next time.

I stayed here for one night while on tour of Ireland. Rooms were spotless, roomy, lovely toiletries. The view from the room of the sea fabulous. Breakfast was awesome huge variety of hot and cold food. 3 course Dinner was excellent, one tour guest was very rude and condescending to young waitresses about a dinner roll leaving waitresses humiliated and embarrassed. I found the Staff very professional, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. I do hope the manager reassures waitresses and staff for a job well done. Highly recommended.

We were staying local and decided to have our dinner here. There was a group of 8 and we were greeted by a young lad from Northern Ireland. He was fantastic and made sure we had everything while looking after everyone else in the bar. Excellent quality food and highly recommend

Lovely hotel, great views from the lobby and bar. The staff were so friendly, especially the bar staff and the food was gorgeous, lots of choice and good value. Hotel is in ideal location minutes from the beach, arcades and shops. We have booked to go back again in the summer.

Had lunch in the Majestic and the food was excellent. The manager Colm was in charge of the service and it was 5 star. The service crew were very well trained. The view out to Tramore Bay was amazing and the decor of the room was very nicely done.Looking forward to visiting again soon.
