Trancoso Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel is excellent, incredible food, many options very day, very clean room, everything working perfectly. Staff is great! Very loving, kind, good vibes people, actually is what I would say about most people from Bahia. I will give some feedbacks only in the intention of trying to help you guys improve even better: 1) I really miss the hammocks(rede) to lay down and relax. You guys have an huge grass area close by the pool with the coqueiros, you could put many there, I felt you could explore the infrastructure around the garden too instead of only around the pool. 2) The day me and my wife left, we had to leave 30min before the breakfast be served. I talked to the staff in the reception to see if we could at least drink a black coffee to wake up for the journey, I knew already It wasn't possible to have breakfast before the time, but we wanted just to drink some coffee! And you guys have the machine there, we wouldn't need anyone from the staff for that. I know it's a huge hotel and you need some ”restrictions”, but I felt you could have been more flexible, try to find a middle way. Anyway, is not because of that I won't give 5 stars, but smalls things makes difference as well. Thank you for everything! Much love Wadi

I have to record my total positive surprise when I arrived at Arraial Bangalo, and I had seen some not so good assessments of the standard rooms so I reserved a camping chale and went. When I saw the outside, I was surprised to see the perfect gardening, but when they took us to the room .... spectacular!!!!!! A giant balcony, aired with massive wooden rustic furniture. The room was very large, everything was very new, new bathroom, perfect. I stayed a 3 hotels during the holidays, between Arraial and Porto, that was far the best. I have arrived at the other hotel in Porto recommending the Arraial Bangalo for all:). Remembering that this wonderful room n.87 is the arraial chalé. Other room categories I don't know. And the sensational common area tb!!! Several places to rest with the family, ask meals!! And the sea on the front gives comments!!!

The hotel is comfortable, excellent service, simple but wonderful breakfast. As you say: less is more. Price affordable, excellent location, near the shopping points. Only the shower was with the outlet of the dusty water, but, out of that. All right!

Um bom atendimento no restaurante, em especial a Maria da Tapioca, moça muito simpática e querida. Tivemos problemas com a comunicação com a recepção. Área de lazer bem espaçosa. Os quartos são muito bons e bem limpos. Exceto pelo problema da recepção. Nota 10.
