Very, very expensive for this hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. Bed covers were ripped, bathroom shower had mould, the door frames were rotted away. Very dated and old. Beds were not that comfortable either. Room was very poor. It is not good value for money. I paid ฿2,000 per night, and it’s probably worth ฿700 per night maximum. Not impressed at all.

A bit dated. Staff were friendly but not particuwelcoming. A bit of a cold social environment. The pier 88 restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food.

Very satisfied and very comfortable… very large space and has 3 corner of view from the city. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly…Highly recommended

Physicals of the property is good, mostly everything in good conditions but services from staff since the door till the room need to be developed. Especially Front desk, not really pay attention to guests, no service mind, work like body without soul. I stopped at Front desk several times to ask something and called to front desk twice but never have any impressed from them. Overall - staff is critical for the management need to develop them. Breakfast is good.

It is a beautiful boat hotel located in Trang. The rooms are big, the breakfast is varied and very light. I recommend you to try the Khao Yam menu. It's very delicious. The service staff are friendly. The swimming pool is very beautiful. There's plenty of parking and there's a restaurant and bar. Drinking in the hotel The hotel kitchen closes at 10 p.m. The location in front of the hotel is very good. There is a rice porridge shop and a pub called Deep Pub. Convenient transportation. I recommend it. Worth the stay.
