It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

The location is very convenient. The raw ham for breakfast is great and I like the taste.

I am baffled by an episode that happened in the structure but above all by the response given by the hotel manager both personally there in the structure and following a review made on the site. we booked for one night with breakfast and sent an email to guarantee a "normal" service being celiac. arrived at the facility (very dated and not at all clean) I again underlined my now well-known allergy in 2023, guaranteeing not to worry. well, arrived in the breakfast room I look around but there was absolutely nothing that had gluten-free typing if not unripe fruit and jam to eat with what???? the dining room staff was in great discomfort because they hadn't been warned and they brought me a small packet of chocolate biscuits that not everyone can like! that's all! this is my paid breakfast like everyone else! clearly I complained about the inconvenience and I also felt attacked by the manager, emphasizing that the structure is not 5-star! meh! now a common person with celiac disease must essentially book a 5-star hotel? it was enough to say SORRY! instead he saw fit to reply to my review with a thrilling lie! she accused me of doing it to get a discount!! but what discount? but is it possible that they hand over an IBIS structure to such a superficial person? a nice bath of humility and just when you feel you've arrived the surprise question arrives! ...without sensitivity.

The structure is dated, but not bad because it has a great location. The problem is that the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, stairs dirty and full of dust, bathroom indecent as to seem not clean at all. I always choose hotel chains rather than b&b because I have the guarantee that certain standards are always respected even in a 2-star hotel, but this time I was wrong.

A warm welcome at reception. Easy check in. Room on 4th floor was a reasonable size though quite dated. Everything you need for a short stay, fridge, safe, large tv (unfortunately not 1 channel in English). Needed to tuck the blackout curtains onto the window ledge to work. Room serviced daily. Lovely breakfast. Cereals, ham, bacon, cheese, boiled eggs, bread. Fruit juices, water and tea & coffee. Selection of fresh fruit and yoghurts and a very good range of cakes. One thing I would have liked was a decent size tea cup/mug for my breakfast tea…large paper cups were available though. Good size underground car park, entrance and exit is a little tight for larger cars. Close to the harbour, restaurants and bars and the railway station. Overall a pleasant stay.

A very modest accommodation-I’m extremely surprised it has a three star rating. Tiny room-clearly meant for quick stopovers only. Mediocre breakfast-an additional charge is applied for espresso or cappuccino. Unless you want to be directly on the train tracks - keep looking. If you are claustrophobic - keep looking.

Situated close to the train station this 3 is a typical 3 star hotel ~ the rooms are small and the ensuite is minuscule. Having said that the room does contain everything you need including a refrigerator. The reception staff are helpful and the buffet breakfast is good.

We stayed here with a small group tour. Positives - it’s very close to the train track and has a large reception area to sit. Easy walk to the town as well. Our room was quite small and wifi did not work at all in our room. Staff did their jobs but did not seem overly happy about doing so. If you just need a room close to the train for a quick trip this would be ok.

Supdr welcome and excellent staff. Room was very clean and prepared to a high standard. Re eption staff ver helpful and had good local knowledge. Car Punderneath very welcome. Good continental breakfast. I even got a banana. Coffee was particularly good.

I have been two weeks in this lovely hotel,marvelous stay, I felt like at home, every request has been satisfied. The service in the restaurant made by Letizia and Gaetano was meticulous! Thanks for the great hospitality🙏

The strong points are the very kind staff and the super convenient parking given the location very close to the center unfortunately the structure is obsolete and the cleanliness is not exactly the best (I'm talking about dust) if they renovated it would really be a pearl.

Not beautiful hotel but easy to get to, easy to park in the free garage, easy to get to the center on foot, good breakfast, comfortable room, great price. Overall excellent solution in Trani. It may not be as picturesque as the rest of the city, but really comfortable and good value for money.

My husband and I spent a few days in beautiful Trani and chose this hotel, a beautiful structure in the city center with a very useful garage right under the hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, very practical and functional vintage furniture; Excellent reception staff, with the friendly Michela coordinating her staff excellently. Leo, the chef of the restaurant, is very good and tries in every way to satisfy even the most demanding palates and the room is managed very well by the friendly waitress Eleonora. It is highly recommended to have dinner in the hotel. The prices are absolutely honest considering the quality of the services offered. Trani is a wonderful city and the Ibis Style hotel made our holiday very pleasant.
