Residence Casale Verderame

Posto incantevole, stanze ben curate, staff super!!!!siamo stati 4 giorni, mi ha particolarmente colpito la disponibilità di tutte le ragazze dello staff super gentili e sorridenti. Comodo parcheggio, le stanze comode dotate anche di cucina che ci ha permesso di rimanere una sera in camera senza la necessità di cenare altrove.

Un soggiorno semplice , efficace e rilassante! Raccomandiamo questo B&B ad occhi chiusi. Delle camere appart/hotel dotate di cucina equipaggiata di stoviglie ecc , bagno pulito ma semplice. Stanze grandi e comode. Le due piscine sono bellissime e naturali scavate nelle cavi dei capperi, con sdraio, tavolini, sedie ed il bar aperto il Pomeriggio. Abituati a soggiornare in Hotel, non lo rimpiangiamo assolutamente! Cosa importante da ritenere : serve l'auto per gli spostamenti per e da Trapani e dintorni (bellissimi luoghi)! Struttura a gestione familiare con un piccolo personale super adorabile e pronto ad aiutare! Un grazie per il bel soggiorno!

Siamo stati una settimana in agosto 2024, ci siamo trovati bene, la stanza era pulitissima e aveva il frigo e una mini cucina con il necessario in caso di bisogno. Il personale è stato tutto molto disponibile e simpatico. La piscina è la location è bellissima.

Complesso rustico in agglomerato rurale nel cuore della campagna trapanese pregna di vigne e uliveti. Un restailing architettonico moderno, offre oltre ad una stupenda location chic rural, una comodità in toto, per un momento di total relax, grazie a delle camere full optionals, due piscine suggestive, e diversi dehors ampi o raccolti da dove poter ammirare e godere di tramonti da favola.Ottimo servizio accoglienza, grazie a un perfetto staff femminile, una vera macchina da guerra , il quale mette a disposizione la propria professione, in modo certosino, cercando di esaudire ogni richiesta del cliente . Colazioni home made, semplici ma accattivanti e molto buone. Pulizia degli ambienti impeccabile. Davvero una bella realtà, per chi vuol trascorrere delle vacanze in Sicilia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Questo è il paradiso terrestre , lo staff del residence sono speciali e disponibili un grazie a giusy ,Gina Rosanna e Valeria. Torneremo al più presto perché ci siamo trovati come una famiglia. La signora Valeria super disponibile ,ci hanno suggerito dove andare a mangiare e alcune ricette .

An experience not to be recommended given how it went..... although the room is very large, it does not have a real wardrobe (only one where you can hang your stuff and the shelves are very high up where there are blankets and pillows, so impossible put something in it, laundry? There's no drawer to put it in.....anyway....with three suitcases for a week.....I had to leave them on the floor and open them every day like refugees... This is already really inconvenient! Breakfast? All packaged stuff, not a homemade cake, what the heck are we in Sicily? Would they throw them in your face on the street and not take care of one of the most important meals of the day? little and sometimes I don't understand why we don't put our heart and soul into what we have. On the first and only day of breakfast the waitress approaches us and tells us (we have news to tell you) from tomorrow breakfast will be taken in the room... .. there is a fault..... Obviously it wasn't true otherwise they would have had problems even at that moment.... The real reason was a person for all the customers in the rooms who couldn't manage..... So they thought it best to leave the snack bag outside the room for the day.... the next day we asked out of pure curiosity what they had decided to do.... I repeat there was no reason to do it having at least used the kitchenette and fridge at least.....and they tell us (no, well, we'll do it.....making it clear from their tone that the fault had never occurred) evidently they had had a lot of controversy from other customers. Another day..... Room never done......let's go and say it and I'll reply (ah..... Evidently they forgot) oh well 😂. On the last evening we enter the room and find this huge square pouf (which served as another bed) added near the bed under which I had the suitcases which for me were my wardrobe which I pulled out every day for the change.....which didn't I could no longer pull ..... Put like this because maybe he had to return them ..... Invading your spaces..... something shocking ..... We took him and put him outside the room (indoors) also annoyed from this gesture. The structure appears neglected and without shaded areas... but it has great potential. The swimming pool is nothing to say spectacular and perhaps it is the only point that raises the trip comments.... But honestly, that's not all that matters. On the other hand, a positive note goes to Giusy who, poor thing, has all the work on her shoulders and is very polite and kind.
