Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Blick auf die Trave! Der Spa Bereich war absolut ausreichend, allerdings kleiner als erwartet.

Es war sehr sauber . Die Zimmer waren sehr Basic (kein Kühlschrank , keine Wasserflaschen zur Begrüßung , keine Klimaanlage ) . Draußen war laut , man musste Fenster weit öffnen um nicht zu ersticken . Wir haben dort sehr schlecht geschlafen. Bei dem Preis erwartet man etwas mehr Komfort. Komfort der Zimmer vergleichbar mit Ibis Hotels
Auswahl der Speisen bei Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut.
Pool/Spa Bereich war auch gut .

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Zimmer haben keinen Balkon, das ist ein wenig schade. Dusche und Toilette teilen sich eine satinierte Glastür, das ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sieht aber schick aus!
Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Kaffee und Kuchen zwischen 14 und 15 Uhr.

Hier stimmt das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Schlechter Service Das Badezimmer ist eine Zumutung und das Essen maximal Durchschnitt. Schade! Man hätte doch tatsächlich mehr erwartet. Einzig gut ist die Lage des Hotels.

Wir Waren als Gäste von einem anderen Hotel hier vor Ort und haben uns eine Massage genehmigt, was wir regelmäßig auf unseren Reisen machen. Uns wurde Maik empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Da könnten sich manch andere Hotels oder Physis ein Beispiel daran nehmen. Der Service im Nivea- Haus war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
