The hotel is a typical European small business hotel. The room is not big. It is very crowded for two people. It is best for one person. It is not too far from the train station, and it is also very close to the exhibition park. It is only one stop away from the airport, but it is almost a walk away. It takes about ten minutes to get to the train station. It is very convenient to enter Paris from the train station

The place is nice and very close to Parc des Expositions (6-7 minutes walking). The structure is not new but it's absolutely ok. Everybody very nice and welcoming. I'd recommend it for a business travel. There is also the chance to have a good international breakfast and dinner in the place.

Stayed here for three nights and each of them were uncomfortable. The room was too small for three of us and boiling hot at night so could not sleep. First night opened the window and then woke up with bites all over us!!! No netting on the windows and the air conditioning didn’t work and was useless so spent the second night awake most of the night and even tried sleeping on the floor!! Bathroom was dirty, heater would not switch off and they were not keen on fixing it! Shower head moves and gets the bathroom soaked when you’re showering. Breakfast was okay, buffet style but not a lot of choice. Eggs are powdered and taste awful. For what we paid, this was an absolute rip off. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. Only positive is it was near the train station.
Response from Property: Dear Sir, When you came at the hotel it was so warm outside like 38degres. It was crazy for all people in PARIS. Because it was so warm we put air conditionning at 23degres. I agree it's still to hot. But if we put air condtionning at 19degres, first think guest can have a sore throat because the diffenrence of tempertaure is not good and second thing i'am not sure that our machine can produce this temperature because the difference is too hight. So i think is better to have air conditonning between 22 and 24 degres that nothing. See you next when the temperature will be normal. Best regards Damien K

In this hotel I had the worst customer experience ever. The room was ok and clean, but the man at the reception needs to learn how to work and how to treat other people. I booked my room for 100€ (alone) and there was NO BOOKING. The man gave me a room anyways, and MY ROOM WAS ALREADY FULL. I ENTERED IN A ROOM WITH OTHER PEOPLE SLEEPING. Then, he gave me another room but the card didn’t work, and this happened to at least other 10 people. I know it was fully booked and he was alone, but I didn’t hear NOT even a “I am sorry for the inconvenience”. When something like this happens, I expect the receptionist to be desolate, but he was just arrogant. Worst night ever.

I've been visiting the SIAL Food Fair for 12 years. This was with great difference the best hotel I've been to!! Very helpful staff. Clean. Nice rooms. Way above average for this category breakfast, lunch and dinner. Calm and nice location. Close to the airport, walking distance to the fairground.

Green hotels did everything we needed for a good price. We stopped over in our way to the ferry. Really well priced interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 kids and a decent self service breakfast. The jacuzzi bath was fun, but don’t bank on getting one as only one of them worked in our rooms.

Great hotel, great staffs. my children were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! I will definitely recommend. Transportation was also close by, it was easy to get to Paris. I loved the rooms and the bathroom, we had cleaners everyday.

This hotel can accommodate large parties (including families like mine), is close to the airport (which is easy to access via public transit nearby), and is surrounded by trees and park areas. There is is a bar and restaurant on-site, which is convenient, however the food is overpriced and barely edible. That being said, if you need to overnight close to the airport, this hotel is still worth a stay.

The are is industrial and quiet, but the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus and train station and you can get everywhere from there. If flying in they can collect you from CDG. Beds very comfy, shower great, kettle broken and leaking water everywhere. Small bar but no decent beer (only Leffe) Good breakfast Sadly no restaurant open for dinner. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The grim thoughts of being up very early followed by three train journeys were instantly forgotten when we were greeted by Adlane and Hemma! Now that is what I call "service with a smile" Warm, friendly with that all important touch of humour! Feeling so welcome we decided that for our first evening.....the hotel bar was the place to be!

We had 2 different rooms for 2 nights to follow. The 2 rooms were clean with good bedding, nice decor but the space between the beds is a little limited. For the first night in a double room (which turned out to be a triple at no extra cost, for business purposes), the shower floor was slippery. For the 2nd night in a quadruple room with the family, the bottom of the bathtub also proved to be slippery. The savory or sweet breakfast, the same on both days, was very good. We turned off the air conditioning which made a little noise and we were a little too hot, we should have removed the duvet covers, kept them as sheets and put the blankets on top. My husband heard the planes, not me. The restaurant in the hotel "La cuisine de Kristine" was unfortunately closed when we were there. We would have enjoyed tasting the dishes cooked with organic and local products as indicated on site but we were very well advised to find a restaurant nearby in the commercial area near Ikea (or Kiabi) 5 minutes by car. Although we didn't need it, the big plus is the shuttle to Charles de Gaulle airport and free parking for up to 17 days. What interested us was the proximity of the Parc-expo de Villepinte. I recommend without hesitation for a short stay

perfect for taking competitive exams. The welcome is warm. Everything is organized so that the students are comfortable: picnic, fridge available, breakfast from 5:30 a.m. In addition, the hotel is located an 8-minute walk from the competition venue.

I forgot my blanket in the hotel room. I called them the same evening, no they found nothing (are you cleaning the rooms?) but she left a note for her colleagues. They didn't even bother to call me or anything and the blanket ended up in the trash. In all the hotels I have been to they have always taken the trouble to inform me of the objects found and offer solutions. Here, thrown away like a common handkerchief, no good!
