Siamo stati per la prima volta per 3 giorni , e posso dire con tutta la certezza che ci siamo riposati fisicamente e psicologicamente , rilassati , divertiti, siamo stati accolti da parte del personale ad un livello molto alto , preciso , gentile , sempre alla nostra disponibilita. La camera pulita molto bene , con un balcone con la vista meravigliosa sia di giorno che di notte. Perfetto per passare una vacanza sia tranquilla sia attiva .

Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Der Service ist top, das Team besteht aus jungen Leuten. Sie rennen sich die Füsse wund haben immer etwas nettes zu sagen. Immer freundlich....dafür glatte 10 Punkte. Frühstück gibt es meiner Meinung nichts auszusetzen.Es gibt frisches Obst aber auch Dosenfrüchte was mir nicht so gefallen hat. Es gibt Müsli, Haferflocken etc. Die Brötchen sind etwas trocken es gibt aber andere Alternativen. Das Hotel glänzt meiner Meinung nach mit dem Abendessen..Es gibt jeden Tag eine 4 Gänge Menükarte in der jeder was findet oder der Service macht einfach alles möglich. Nach einer Woche wiederholt sich die Karte. Getränke zum Abendessen müssen extra bezahlt werden sind aber preislich im Rahmen. Zimmer OK Bad neu renoviert. Es könnte mehr Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten Outdoor geben. Es gibt ein Indoor-Pool der eine gute Wassertemperatur hat gerade bei hohen Temperaturen. Es gibt eine Minigolfanlage sowie eine Indoor Tischtennisplatte. Man kann einige Wanderungen vom Hotel aus unternehmen. Runter kommt man mit dem Auto nach Limone fährt man 16.Min .Parkhaus dort 2,50 Std. Es gibt auch ein Shuttle was 6€ hin/zurück pro Person kostet . Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig lädt zur Entspannung ein. Wir sind zufrieden und fahren erholt nach Hause... Wir empfehlen das Hotel zu 100% weiter.

Ein rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, klimatisiert und modern. Schönes Frühstück, leckeres Abendessen. Happy Hour, toller indoor pool (perfekt für die Kids) Das Personal war mega freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Grandiose Aussicht! Wir kommen wieder.

Vista mozzafiato. Avevamo anche la camera superior vista lago con giardino, per godere del sole e rimanere sempre affascinati ad ogni vista. Camera grande e sempre pulita bene, gentilezza, cordialita' e buona cucina serale a completare il soggiorno. Da sfruttare anche la loro piscina coperta. Ottimo hotel per total relax, anche se la zona offre gite di ogni tipo e che abbiamo fatto, per scoprire il lago

Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht op het Gardameer. De kamer was netjes en schoon, wel vrij beperkt in de voorzieningen, zoals ontbreken van slippers, koffie apparaat of waterkoker. Zaken die meestal wel bij 4 sterrenhotels aanwezig zijn. Het ontbijt is niet veel bijzonders en mist kwalitatief goede koffie. De kwaliteit van het diner verschilde iedere dag. Hadden soms wel het gevoel dat het er doorheen gejaagd werd. Zodra je bord leeg was, werd het van de tafel gehaald en werd meteen een nieuwe gang neergezet. Na het nagerecht werd er geen aandacht meer aan je besteed.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel aus ist atemberaubend schön. Ein echtes Highlight. Wir hatten ein großes sauberes Zimmer mit Terrasse und man hatte genug platz um die Sachen zu verstauen. Das Badezimmer war neu Saniert und sauber, das Schlafzimmer war etwas altmodisch eingerichtet aber trotzdem ok. Die Klimaanlage war abends etwas laut aber nach der zweiten Nacht hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Leider hat uns aber das Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Wir würden es als Standard bezeichnen, es gab kein frisches Gemüse nur Cherrytomaten und sonst wenig Auswahl im Großen und Ganzen recht langweilig. Ist aber auch Geschmacksache. Hunde sind im Speisesaal nicht erlaubt, haben uns aber dann mit unsere Hündin draußen auf der Terrasse gemütlich gemacht. Auch war es leider nicht möglich im Hauseigene Restaurant abends zu essen, da man vorher hätte reservieren müssen und auch für die weiteren Tage bereits komplett ausgebucht war. Es gab aber im Nachbarhotel eine sehr nette Pizzeria, wo wir dann zu Abend gegessen haben. Das Personal an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zwei Damen sprachen auch deutsch. Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder! (hoffen aber auf besseres Frühstück)

GOOD. The view from the room is fantastic But other things... BAD. Breakfast could use more variety, nothing special. Why we can get the table near window during breakfast...? All table was recerved by rooms numbers... I understand when it is on dinner time, but in breakfast... I want to sit down where I want. The hotel is so old, maybe in 70s or 80s I was feeling I was paying a lot of money for very cheap old lodging.

Ci siamo stati domenica 14 e lunedì 15 luglio….hotel molto bello e dotato di ogni comfort…situato molto in alto a Tremosine si gode di ottima vista sul lago di Garda. Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose dotate di tv e frigobar….molto bella la sorpresa della bottiglia di vino in omaggio… Personale e direzione molto educato e disponibile ad ogni richiesta…check in svolto in modo gentile e cortese… Dotato di una SPA di buone dimensioni e comodità ed infine un solarium su due livelli… Colazione ottima ed abbondante con ampia scelta di dolce e salato…. Devo però evidenziare due piccoli nei: Il cappuccino dovrebbe essere fatto con la macchina espresso bar e non con un distributore automatico. Il cibo è composto da materia prima di qualità e lo si evince….però meriterebbe un po’ più di attenzione…comunque sia ho mangiato bene per carità…però ha bisogno di un po’ di wow! Sicuramente ci torniamo appena possibile perché la location merita molto Complimenti a tutti e a presto!
