It's a little far from Madrid city and Renfe is less convenient than the metro, but there is a large Carrefour store nearby, the staff were kind and the service was good, and the best thing is that you can stay there for much cheaper than in the city.

Bad information to get to the hotel and we have to take a taxi and pay 36 euros at almost 1 in the morning. Two nights and they don't replace my towels or the drinks in the fridge and on top of that they tell me that I shouldn't have asked for it.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado en Tres Cantos, con fácil aparcamiento prácticamente en la misma puerta. Limpio, tranquilo, con restaurante de menú diario (excepto los fines de semana) a buen precio. Siempre que voy a esa bonita localidad por motivos familiares me alojo en él

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel during a family visit. Good location, clean and helpful staff. The rooms are a little dated, but everything is in good working condition. Comfortable bed. Television with Spanish, French and German channels. Excellent wifi. Bathroom with bathtub, clean and everything you need. Room temperature (end October) was to warm for a comfortable nightrest, window needed to be opened (street noise). No cooling airco in this period of the year. Just above streetlevel a little noisy. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, nor visited the restaurant. A hotel bar for coffee or a drink would be preferable. Considering the price, a good hotel.

The hotel has seen better times. In decay and outdated, it gives you the feel of having been cheated at with the reviews and stars it has. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time. Bed is comfy, but that's it. Bathroom is dated, breakfast is just ...meh...not bad but not good either, fruit juices are from a bottle a not fresh squeezed, in Spain, that is almost a crime. No running air conditioning. The noise of the hallway makes you feel that your privicy is also lacking. Friendly staff. Good location.

It was a very cold night on January 28 in Tres Cantos, we arrived at the hotel at 11 at night and the room was freezing, there is no heating in the hotel, only the hot air pump from the air conditioning but it was broken and only came out. Cold air. We called reception and they brought us an electric radiator and a couple of blankets. What a horrible cold night we had.
