Cosa dire… siamo stati in questo hotel nel 2019.. Pernottando per una settimana in questa struttura. Nonostante non fosse dotata di tutti i comfort c’eravamo affezionati ai proprietari Diego , Michele e Pierluigi.. veramente gentili e professionali. Tornati dopo 5 anni ….la brutta sorpresa , gestione cambiata . Cortesia e professionalità viste nella prima esperienza un ricordo lontano. Unico miglioramento il Wi-Fi gratuito. Non ci torneremo

Pernottamento e prima colazione per tre giorni a inizio maggio. Siamo stati nella stanza tripla a piano terra: spaziosa e pulita. Letto molto confortevole. Bagno ampio con sia vasca da bagno sia doccia. Arredo in stile classico. Colazione buona e varia.

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo pernottato in questo confortevole albergo la vigilia di Ferragosto, utilizzandolo come "base" per una escursione in Val Seriana programmata per il giorno successivo. Tutto OK: personale gentile, letto comodo, ambiente silenzioso, garage, colazione gradevole, prezzo accettabile. Struttura senz'altro consigliabile.

Location e servizio buono, soprattutto per la posizione centrale nella piazza del paese. Arredamento un po’ obsoleto per la moquette presente nelle stanze, anche se occorre dire molto ampie. Personale, seppur gentile, un po’ impreparato su organizzazione per intolleranze alimentari, nonostante sia stato avvertito in anticipo. Antico si, ma di buon gusto.

Come nel motto del compianto Enzo Tortora al suo ritorno: dove eravamo rimasti? Siamo tornati dopo vent’anni abbondanti e quello che abbiamo vissuto è stato emozionante. Se è vero che il locale non si è aggiornato, è altrettanto vero che i piatti sono sempre una garanzia di gusto e di eleganza, il tutto nel solco di una tradizione mai rinnegata. Ora poi, con la presenza di Filippo in sala, la mano sapiente di chef Diego trova pieno sostegno! Se al locale verrà data una “robusta rinfrescata”, la Val Cavallina tornerà ad avere una perla nel centro della sua cittadina capoluogo. Noi ce lo auriamo e glielo auguriamo!
