Super friendly staff. The, what looked like, mold in bathroom was a less welcome surprise. The property appears to have multipurpose facilities with ´lots of folks going in and out of the property. It's fine for the night but not recommended for a light sleeper as it is within the approach zone of the nearby Bergamo airport

Personale gentilissimo (tutto) direttore spesso presente, la struttura è abbastanza mal messa, letti con cornici rovinate, bagni con ferri sporgenti e taglienti non protetti(basterebbe toglierli e stuccare I buchi) Sono rimasta volentieri solo per il personale

L'hotel è sito nelle immediate vicinanze dell'autostrada Torino-Venezia. Nonostante ciò, io e il mio ragazzo, abbiamo riscontrato difficoltà nel raggiungerlo in quanto non ė ben visibile. Una volta giunti presso la struttura abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Esternamente l'hotel si ė presentato piuttosto grande, ben curato e di costruzione moderna. Entrati nella hall abbiamo atteso 10 minuti per poter avere l'attenzione da parte della receptionist che si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponbile nei nostri confronti. Saliti in camera la prima cosa che abbiamo notato è stata la temperatura tropicale della stanza. Purtroppo non è bastato solo questo. Il confort del letto non è stato dei migliori (duro e troppo traballante), muffa sulla mura, segni di invecchiamento nel bagno ed infine la mattina seguente sentivamo le conversazioni di quelli della stanza accanto. Direi qualità-prezzo da rivedere, stessa cosa per le stelle.

Hotel with good quality/price ratio, convenient for those who have to go to Leolandia or Bergamo city. Super friendly staff make you feel at home straight away. Overall clean rooms, a little something needs to be checked like the lights (which don't work very well) and the hot water boiler.
