Poorly managed property We had alot of problems checking in, and were left outside in the rain for 2 hours with our suitcases, as doors were locked, and nobody there was answering phone calls, whatsapps or emails. We had been trying for 5 hours prior to arrival to contact them, but no answer. They later advised they dont work in the afternoons. For a hotel, this is rediculous.

Impersonal but excellent location Check your email before you arrive for instructions- self service key pick up but fantastic location and high quality spacious rooms in traditional style. Old building so expect floor may not be level. Simple Italian breakfast in cafe downstairs.

We are father and son. We spent 4 nights here and were highly delighted with the whole experience. All the rooms are on the top (3rd) floor. The other floors are occupied by businesses - Unicredit Bank etc. There is a spiral staircase up through the centre of the building. Fortunately, there is a lift (ascensore) at the back of the building. Our spacious (no feeling of being cramped or of getting in each other’s way) room was spotlessly clean. Shiny wooden floor, massive ceiling beams. Good quality furniture: wardrobe, dressing table, coffee table, bedside cabinets, 2 x dining chairs with upholstered seats. Curtains and shutters at windows. Also, spotlessly clean shower, toilet, sink and bidet with ample shower gel, shampoo etc in shiny dispensers. Kettle for coffee/tea. We were each provided with three towels - face, hand and bath sheet and a pack containing slippers. The beds were comfortable. There were spare bed coverings in the wardrobe.The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Each day, we were given a voucher to take to a specific cafe/bar nearby to claim our very nice breakfast. The building is pleasantly situated overlooking the river. 10-15 Minute walk to the railway station. 5-10 Minute walk to Treviso Centre. Would we stay here again? You bet!
