If you look at the earth from far away in space you would see a little speck floating in the darkness. But on that little speck there are some very special places. One of them is this superb bed and breakfast where you will find comfort, peace and beauty. The villa is located next to a scenic canal (who needs Venice) has a delightful garden, the rooms are impeccably clean, luxuriously appointed and oh so comfortable. The host, Larissa and her assistant -Ola, clearly know how to make their guests feel welcome and at ease ( Mamma Mia!) Smiles and laughter every time you run into one of them. The rooms are quiet, beds are super comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms complete the picture. Breakfast offerings left everyone with croissant crumbs around their plates and well caffeinated.. After having visited both Venice and Treviso, I think that the 20 minute stroll to the old city center of Treviso with its lovely shops, architecture and canals was a much better experience than struggling with the hoard of tourists in Venice. The nearby towns of Asolo and Bassano de Grappa are also not to be missed. This B&B puts you in a perfect place to see the best of Italy's North East area, and there really isn't a better place to start and end your day.
