mi sono trovato bene (vi ero già stato a maggio, ricavandone un'ottima impressione)....personale gentile e cortese, colazione buona e abbondante....peccato per le chiavi, un po' difficoltose da utilizzare il che rendeva l'apertura della porta abbastanza complessa

We stayed 4 nights in this Hotel in May 2022. Paid quite a high price during those periods, possibly because of many concerts/matches and the fact not many hotels available around those dates made us choose this one. Temperature was around 26-30 degC during our stay. So the room was very hot. There is no fan, we have to open the window throughout the day to get some fresh air. However at night there were so much noises across the street, people were shouting, traffic, noises from the cars buzzing around really disturbed my quality of sleep. Wifi in the room was also very weak and I had always problems accessing wifi from my laptop (sometimes i need to be online to check my work emails/meetings). The room was also a bit old, interior is kind of dusty and maintenance can be done a lot better to improve the quality of guest stay. I came to Turin to watch a concert and expecting a calm/relaxed holiday. Had i known the situation earlier I would not book this hotel and choose rather calm, a bit outside of the city that allow us to rest after long day exploring in Turin. One thing that was good is the reception worker is very polite and tried their best to help us with information.

Quando nel mio lavoro valuto le organizzazioni che visito devo riportare evidenze oggettive. Il compenso è ottimo si tratta di un lavoro e deve avere un adeguato compenso racconto questa esperienza su tripadvior solo perché molto divertente. Non ero intenzionato a scrivere recensioni talvolta lo faccio sperando che possano servire non ai Clienti ma in particolare ai proprietari o gestori di alberghi o ristoranti come spunto per migliorare la qualità del servizio. Quando mi capita di scriverle le documento come nel mio lavoro da evidenze oggettive ma in questo caso non ne ho molte. Premetto che l'albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione e questo non era riportato chiaramente su TripAdvisor. Una forte carenza nel controllo di un'attività straordinaria così rilevante, da parte della Direzione dell'albergo mi porta a consigliare di evitare la prenotazione sino al termine dei lavori. Nella ristrutturazione in corso sono state momentaneamente eliminate le scale esterne su un lato dell'albergo da utilizzare come vie di fuga in caso di incendio, restano quelle sul lato opposto. Sul lato dove è in corso la ristrutturazione ho notato che vengono eseguiti lavori di profonda perforazione che mi fanno pensare a problemi strutturali da risolvere. All'arrivo chiedo di utilizzare il parcheggio interno a pagamento anche perché una parte di quello esterno ė utilizzato come parcheggio per i mezzi che stanno lavorando alla ristrutturazione. Scendo verso il parcheggio interno e volendo andare al coperto come generalmente faccio nei vari alberghi a 4 stelle dove mi reco scendo sino al portone interno. È chiuso scendo e lo apro premendo sul comando per l'apertura. Il portone si apre io proseguo e mi trovo anziché in un parcheggio libero in un salone colmo di mobili o altre cose accatastate mi è impossibile accedere per fare inversione di marcia e sono costretto a risalire in retromarcia ovviamente affrontare la forte pendenza in retromarcia causa una forte usura al mezzo che si guida, e questo è stato evidenziato dal fortissimo odore di gomma bruciata che si sentiva. Risalito in retromarcia il posto macchina più comodo era occupato da una carriola colma di vetri rotti. Non me la sento di spostarla così vado verso i posti a pagamento esterni. Parcheggio la macchina con estrema difficoltà, correttamente nei limiti circoscritti, dato che lo spazio per parcheggiare non permette una facile manovra. Sceso dalla macchina noto che, appena sopra al cofano della macchina termina un tubo delle grondaie e tutta l'acqua finisce sul cofano dato che sta piovedo. La cosa non mi piace e decido di spostarla. Con estrema difficoltà, dato che lo spazio e molto stretto riparcheggio la macchina altrove. Visto che l'albergo è in ristrutturazione non è possibile accedere direttamente dal retro dal parcheggio, ma è necessario ripercorrere con le valige la stradina ora in salita uscire da parcheggio per rientrare in albergo. Just finished up a 2-night visit at the hotel. One of the better stays I have had in awhile. Rooms are very quite spacious with 4+ meter high ceilings and a huge bathroom. The building itself is very cool and the location is literally inside the old Fiat factory just across from Eataly and the Green Pea mall. Staff are very friendly and good — esp Rosella at the reataurant! Breakfast has a large selection which is all of good quality. Coffee was of course very good! Little tricky to find the parking but its right off the circle as you enter the area from the long underground entrance road. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a different concept than normal hotels. They have two floors for tourists and the rest houses students who come to the city. It is very well located, you can walk to the Historic Center. Our room had a view of the Po River and was clean, spacious, with a balcony, and the bathroom was equally clean, with supplies and hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They offer a breakfast that is not very varied, but the price of 5 euros is fine with the offer. The building is on a busy road intersection, and one of the nights it was quite noisy. In general we were very good and we appreciate the attention received.

Premetto che è stata la prima volta che ho alloggiato in un ostello, quindi non ho termini di paragone per valutarlo nel suo genere e forse avevo aspettative troppo elevate... Ad ogni modo procedo con la recensione... La struttura è molto particolare, molto ”urban style”, l'ambiente è giovanile e informale. Lo staff è giovane e amichevole, ma forse un po' inesperto: considerato che comunque forniscono un servizio alberghiero a pagamento, mi aspetto professionalità. Noi abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla ad uso privato per la nostra famiglia, con due bagni piccolissimi e senza bidet (grosso handicap, ma lo sapevo sin dall'inizio). I letti erano comodi, l'arredo essenziale. Pulizia buona. Per il deposito bagagli sono disponibili degli armadi, ma devi avere il tuo lucchetto, sennò te ne vendono uno alla reception a prezzo di costo: non so se negli ostelli si usi così, ma il deposito bagagli è veramente un servizio minimo basilare, mi aspettavo che fosse ”completo”. La colazione è stata veramente minimal, a fronte di un prezzo piuttosto alto. Tra l'altro, per un fraintendimento in sede di prenotazione, avevo capito che la colazione fosse compresa nel prezzo, quindi è stata una brutta sorpresa aver dovuto aggiungere altri € 27,00 al giorno per fare colazione in loco, considerato anche che il prezzo della stanza già non era stracciato (però, a onor del vero, siamo andati in occasione di un ponte, ci poteva stare che il prezzo della camera fosse superiore alla media). L'errore sulla colazione inclusa/non inclusa è stato mio, però rileggendo la corrispondenza con lo staff dell'ostello, secondo me si capiva che avevo preso un abbaglio, quindi avrei gradito essere corretta subito... Per il resto posso dire che la struttura è comodissima per il centro storico e per i mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni c'è molta scelta per pranzo e cena. C'è comunque anche il ristorante interno. Per i pochi giorni di permanenza il Combo ha fatto il suo dovere ed è stata una soluzione funzionale. Se non si hanno troppe pretese e si cerca giusto un posto per pernottare, questo ostello è una struttura strategica per la visita alla bella città di Torino.

This is hotel really lives up to its 4 stars, and it’s such good value for money. It’s situated right next to the cathedral and is easy walking distance of everything. The architecture is stunning. The receptionist was charming, and made every effort to accommodate us, especially as my husband has a disability. Access and parking were easy. The rooms are well equipped with different glasses, cups, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine (this is Turin) , well stocked mini bar, fluffy towels, very comfy bed. The bar is pleasant and there is an atrium garden for when it’s warmer. Our dinner in the restaurant was interesting: it’s modern Italian cooking, but good and reasonably priced. If you want traditional Piedmontese food there is a square around the corner with multiple bars and restaurants. At our request the receptionist arranged a private car tour of Turin because my husband cannot walk very far. All done with efficiency and charm. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.
