The rooms in Northern Europe are relatively small, but this one has a reasonable layout and is not crowded. The breakfast is good. The front desk service is terrible, especially the front desk clerk with a big face, who really deducts points. His attitude is indifferent. When I checked out, he actually asked me to pay for the early check-in fee, which was surprising. Later, he checked the order and said no! I thought to myself, are you here to eat ****?

Be sure to make a request to the front desk when checking in, otherwise you will be assigned a bad room. The check-in experience was not very good. I booked a room with a view, but the view of the first room was completely blocked and I could only see the inner harbor. I was so angry that I asked for a room change, but the Wi-Fi was disconnected and I waited for almost two hours before I was transferred to a new room. There were so many people queuing for check-in, but there was only one employee.
The rooms are generally old. The breakfast is not bad.
When checking out, they charged me the room fee again. Fortunately, I checked the deduction text message and went back to the front desk for a refund.
I still recommend staying at Radisson and Clarion.

The location is definitely great for those activities pick up and drop off location, just 1-5 mins walk, the room size is decent for 3 big suitcases, the view is amazing like a picture with big window with very basic amenities like towels & tissues. The reception normally only 1 person so he/she is always busy during Easter holidays, not sure about the normal days.
The breakfast is okay with typical western foods and please do not expect it has the Asian food breakfast selection lol, as it seems like those Asian people get used to the Chinese/ Asian food base and expecting more to fit in their appetizers like my hubby hahaha. They offer the pack to go breakfast for your early morning flight upon request, it has 1 big rough bread cheese & ham sandwich, 1 pear + 1 box of orange juice, remember to drink up the OJ before you pass the security check, otherwise they will help you to throw it away! ;)

The most satisfying hotel in Tromso, the breakfast is very rich! And the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is super beautiful, very close to the meeting point, and the location is perfect! !
