The location is definitely great for those activities pick up and drop off location, just 1-5 mins walk, the room size is decent for 3 big suitcases, the view is amazing like a picture with big window with very basic amenities like towels & tissues. The reception normally only 1 person so he/she is always busy during Easter holidays, not sure about the normal days. The breakfast is okay with typical western foods and please do not expect it has the Asian food breakfast selection lol, as it seems like those Asian people get used to the Chinese/ Asian food base and expecting more to fit in their appetizers like my hubby hahaha. They offer the pack to go breakfast for your early morning flight upon request, it has 1 big rough bread cheese & ham sandwich, 1 pear + 1 box of orange juice, remember to drink up the OJ before you pass the security check, otherwise they will help you to throw it away! ;)

The reception is very friendly. The room cleanliness is above average. Best part is the view from my room. The breakfast is nice especially the coffee 👍🏻 there is a shuttle bus direct to the airport but I will suggest to book taxi if more than two people. Overall is above average and recommended 👍🏻

did not enjoy the stay here. it's shown on Google maps as a top-rated 4-star hotel and for the price, we were expecting much more. our overall experience is best summed up by saying that the stay was similar to that of a 3-star hotel in the better end, but not worth its price. we ended up wishing we had tried clarion hotel (our alternative with the same number of stars). firstly, the staff were not friendly or helpful at the reception. we arrived in tromso a few days before our check-in (as we were going on a cruise first), and after confirming our hotel reservation with the reception, we asked if we could leave the luggage for a few hours before our cruise started. the lady serving us just pointed to the baggage area and said it was full and did not offer to help or even suggest any alternatives. from that interaction alone, we already felt that this hotel would not live up to our expectations based on its price and Google reviews when we finally checked in, the reception staff was once again neither friendly nor helpful, although she was more polite than our previous encounter. our room was clean, but small and we struggled to open both our luggages. the tv is old and the picture is poor with no apps such as netflix/disney+/etc., and no option to cast from our computer / mobile device. breakfast was included and was quite decent. but otherwise, everything else was just fair despite being priced at a 4-star hotel range, and hence our impression is that this should have been given a 3-star hotel rating and price

We got the most premium room and the views were amazing, but to be honest, it’s not worth the money you pay and it’s clearly not a 4*. The didn’t do the room one day: ZERO CLEANING SERVICES. I had to go and complain and they told me they couldn’t do anything so they gave me two vouchers of 15€ each to have a drink at the bar ... that’s all. If cleaning it’s important for you, specially with COVID, don’t consider this hotel. Also, masks were mandatory because of the COVID outbreak in Norway at the moment, and even their staff wasn’t using them. It’s ridiculous. Zero safety measures.

The view from the room is amazing. I plan to stay here again in the summer to experience a different view.

The location is good. The meeting point for dog sledding is right in front of the hotel and not far from the bus station. A taxi to the airport costs about 200 kroner. The breakfast is rich in variety, you can sit by the window and enjoy the scenery You can see the beautiful view in Figure 1 from the room

Booked a view room｜The window is really beautiful. You can see the aurora when you go downstairs to the seaside. The breakfast is also very rich. But the hotel is really old, the room is very small, and the bathroom is also very small. You can bring all your own supplies when you check in. , it is highly recommended for the scenery. This hotel has the best scenery around. The windows face the Arctic Cathedral.

I feel lucky every day when I open the curtains. The snow-capped mountains are so beautiful. Make a cup of hot tea and sit quietly all afternoon. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and has many choices. The homemade bread is really delicious. There is a large floor-to-ceiling glass in the breakfast area. The breakfast is accompanied by the snow-capped mountains. It is so relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. (with pictures) The temperature indicators in the hotel lobby and elevator are really thoughtful👍🏻 If there is room for improvement, I hope the housekeeping staff can be more attentive. Overall, it is a good stay experience😍🙌🏻

Environment: Next to the port, the scenery is really good. You can see the snow-capped mountains, especially the dining area. The scenery is beautiful. It is also very convenient to participate in activities. The Airport Express can also be boarded directly at the door. Facilities: To be honest, it is relatively old and there seems to be no heating, but the toilet has floor heating, there is a kettle, and the breakfast is rich in variety.

There is no parking lot, so it's a bit of a walk. But the location is great. Recommended. The shower space is a bit small. And the room size is slightly different. Some are small and some are even smaller. Some room types feel a little crooked.

In a beautiful place, the location is very good, but the room does not have floor heating or air conditioning, so it is a bit cold. The bathroom has floor heating, which is very convenient.

The most satisfying hotel in Tromso, the breakfast is very rich! And the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is super beautiful, very close to the meeting point, and the location is perfect! !
