Very nice location for staying over night. The rooms have different themes and the breakfast is worth to take it. Also if you not stay there…you can book a breakfast. Just across the street there is the beautiful Hostel Garden to enjoy the coffee or the Glas of sparkling wine which we catch at the reception for a low budget. If you stay until a Sunday, you have to check the Hohner Villa for a homemade coffee and cake or for a good vesper on Monday and Tuesdays!

Wie immer hervorragend. Hotel mit Stil, Zimmer sehr originell eingerichtet, der gesamte Bau beispielhaft restauriert. Wir sind sehr gerne hier. Sehr gute Lage, musikfrendliches Ambiente. Villa Hohner jetzt donnerstags mit Herrn Hauser zur Weinprobe. Wunderbar!!

A curious combination of hotel, hostel and long-term apartments, it gave the impression of being run on a non-commercial basis, and was all the better for that. We very pleasantly surprised by how large our room, mini-apartemtn was, with old musical instruments on the walls; slightly cobbled together look, but charming with it. A superb breakfast, with high-quality ingredients and very friendly service. Easy parking right by the door. On the downside, other than for the curiosity of this old Hohner factory, Trossingen is a very dull town, with little to recommend it.

Ich habe hier lediglich mit einem Freund gefrühstückt, die Bewertung bezieht sich deshalb nur auf die Frühstücksqualität. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten, renovierten Fabrikgebäude. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist interessant eingerichtet, die Wände sind teilweise nicht verputzt, sondern zeigen das alte Ziegelwerk. Schön. Das Speisenangebot ist absolut durchschnittlich: aufgebackene Brötchen, Rührei mit Speck, 4 Sorten Wurst, 3 Sorten Käse, nichts besonderes halt. Das Personal nett aber teilweise doch zu locker: einige Angestellte saßen am Tisch direkt am Buffet, schmierten sich ihre Brötchen auch im Stehen am Buffet und aßen auch dort. Mag am Bau üblich sein, in der Hotellerie eher weniger. Insgesamt: kann man, muss man aber nicht.

Ich war am 18.01.23 dort. Das Zimmer (206) war gut. Ruhig, stylish, tolles großes Bad. Matratze war leider etwas weich. Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber gut. Lobby toll gestaltet. Personal sehr freundlich. Würde ich wieder dort übernachten? Ja

Geweldige plek met een mooi historisch karakter. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en schoon. Het ontbijt is prima en vriendelijk personeel bij ontvangst en vragen Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt en op een plek achter het hotel. huisdieren zijn welkom

Lage: im Ort, viele Parkplätze vor und im Innenhof Gebäude: eine alte, Industrievilla, die aufwendig renoviert wurde; das Gebäude ist Teil der alten Musikfabrik Hohner; gegenüber dem Hotel liegt ein kleiner, idyllischer Park, der zum Hotel gehört, in dem man sich auf halten kann und frühstücken Zimmer: wirklich groß und individuell; einige sind mit Küche(Suite), andere haben Gemeinschaftsküche; es gibt auch Hostels für Studenten Frühstück: großes Buffet, das immer mehr auf regional, selbstgemacht und Bio umgestellt wird; der Frühstücksraum ist wirklich nett gestaltet; das Frühstück kann man auch im Freien, im gegenüberliegenden Park, zu sich nehmen Fazit: ein sehr gelungenes Konzept, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; der Besitzer ist rührig, das Personal außer ordentlich freundlich und Service orientiert. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl!
