Another enjoyable stay at this lovely Hotel. I was delighted to return here again and enjoy the warm welcome from the front desk team who I think remembered me from my last visit! Every touch point throughout my stay was met and exceeded, and customer service with a smile is the normal here in this Hotel. Their breakfast is the best! I will definitely return!

Hôtel Mercure de Trouville, bien situé face au ****** et près de la plage. Par contre les chambres sont petites et à part celle sur la place les autres n’ont pas une très belle vue. Le personnel est moyen. Elle a dû refaire trois fois Notre addition, erreur sur les arts, et erreur sur la réservation avec very chic, petit déjeuner moyen également

Toujours Parfait le grand atout de cet hotel c est le personnel. De la reception attentive souriante à la salle du petit déjeuner si bien tenue avec des dames tellement professionnelles et d une gentillesse... Sans oublier le ménage toujours parfait avec des dames trés affairées trés souriantes. Toujours un grand plaisir de séjourner au Mercure Trouville 😁
