The bed was so comfortable it was a king sized and the pillows were so fluffy it was an awesome room, the pool was nice. I always love staying at the comfort inn.plus the hotel is pet friendly and as long as u don’t destroy the room u get ur deposit back. Their continental breakfast is nice,very good food.

I was in trouble because there was no shuttle bus between the hotel and the Dayton Airport.
There weren't many taxis, so I had no choice but to use the Uber service.
I didn't have any problems with Uber, but I was worried because I wasn't used to Uber overseas.
Regarding the shuttle bus, I regret that I should have checked in advance.
The hotel was quiet and clean. Also, the breakfast was buffet style and I had a good time.
The free coffee and tea service in the lobby was available 24 hours a day and was very convenient.

Took a room here because it popped up on hotels.com and it got us past Dayton traffic going north. Very glad we did. Everything was clean and fresh-looking. We were surprised with the very complete kitchenette. The full sit-down hot breakfast was good and kept very neat and clean. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, as well. Would definitely stop again!

We had to clean our room before we brought our stuff in it was so dirty the major mike is very very rude I was doing business while waiting on my boss to get me the business rate but he was in meetings also but I kept the front desk up to date on everything he was still being rude then was told to check out so as we were trying to get our mike had guys block our room so we couldn’t get out my husband took pictures of the guys blocking our room and also of mike how he was trying to start a fight

The room was very nice and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was very nice. Sorry to say that I won't stay there again though as the wifi was disgusting. I couldn't do simple things like read the news or search Google check email or do upkeep on a game I play. Terrible wifi is a deal breaker for me no matter how nice the rooms. They do have wifi they say is for streaming if you want to pay $4.95 a day for it but if they're regular wifi is that bad I'd be leary. I've stayed at a lot of motels and that's the only one I've ever seen wanting to charge for wifi.

This was my time ever in a Holiday Inn Express. I always thought it was a little pricey, but I’m glad I tried it this time. The room was large, nicely furnished, and very clean. Amenities included large flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, and nice business desk. The bed was very comfortable. A very smooth check in, and check out, and one of the best hot breakfasts I have found. The personnel was very friendly, and efficient. I’m looking forward to staying at another Holiday Inn Express just to see if it’s as nice as this one in Sidney.

Hhof0502We stayed here as we went to a concert in Troy. I am very picky about hotels, cleanliness, noise, etc and was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was very very clean and although the hotel was fairly full, we never heard a sound from other rooms or the hallway. Late checkout was no problem and every staff member we encountered from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel appreciated, including hand written notes in the room from our housekeeper. My kids used the pool. They said it was cold but that didn't stop them from enjoying. We didn't utilize the breakfast option so can't comment on that. We don't plan to travel to Troy in the future but if we did, we would definitely stay here again.

LLanhome90We booked a wedding block with them 7 months prior to my wedding. Throughout the process I received multiple phone calls from my guests that the hotel could not find my wedding block. I had to call the hotel 4 separate times to be told they couldn’t find it, then found it, and could not find anyone who is reserved for our block. After numerous phone calls to settle the confusion, the weekend of my wedding had the same issue. All the guests were charged $50 more than the contracted group rate, and my guests were located on different floors within the hotel. Prior to my wedding, speaking with the manager, the prices did get adjusted for some people, and they weren’t sure what happened with our block that there was so much confusion. After my wedding, my bride and I came back to the hotel to find out our door key did not work. When asking the gentleman at the front desk about it, he verified my wife’s name, and made a new key for the room that we booked on Friday, when we placed the key in the door, there was another person already our room. My bride was left in the lobby with no room, and her items missing, with no one knowing where these items went. We ended up having to get a separate room for the night. The next day, the manager when voicing my complaints told me the room was only booked for one night. This was after the gentleman had verified our room reservation for the night, and attempted to make a new key the night before. She told my wife that they did nothing wrong and they would not be doing any compensation for all of the trouble. When calling the cooperate company, I was placed on hold for extended times when they could not find my block when given the confirmation number THAT THE MANAGER OF THE HOTEL WROTE. So far we have had no compensation for all of these issues, was told the missing items is a civil dispute by the police the manager called, and the supervisor for guest services has not called me back as they were too busy to take my call. It’s not a place I will be recommending after being treated so poorly.
