Unkind/  very not helpful front desk
Keycard stopped working but the front desk was on the phone for 15 minutes. 
No refrigerator - couldn't keep water/drinks cold

這個酒店最大的優點是它的位置，就在Somerset Shopping Mall的旁邊，而這個Mall的規模相當可以的。美國前四大的百貨公司都有：Macy&#39;s, NordStorm, Saks 5th Avenue, Neiman Marcus。除此之外還有不少一線大牌店：Channel, LV.... 要逛一逛，吃吃東西啥的非常方便。
酒店旁邊還有個Somerset Golf Club，然後圍繞這個球場是很大一圈一棟棟的公寓。飯後三個步挺好。
房間也挺寬敞。

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, right next to Somerset Shopping Mall, and the size of this Mall is quite good. The top four department stores in the United States have them: Macy's, NordStorm, Saks 5th Avenue, and Neiman Marcus. In addition, there are many first-line big-name stores: Channel, LV... It is very convenient to go shopping and eat.
There is also Somerset Golf Club next to the hotel, and there is a large circle of apartments surrounding the golf course. Three steps after a meal is good.
The room is also quite spacious.

My recent stay at the Somerset Inn was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The people I interacted with throughout my week-long stay are all courteous and accommodating, from the front desk to the restaurant.  My room was in a convenient location, it was clean, and the bed and seating very comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were wonderful...in the morning it is so relaxing to sit at a table and have coffee and a lovely (full) breakfast.  The manager, Duane, went out of his way to introduce himself to me and ensure that I was enjoying my stay. I will absolutely stay here when I am in Troy/Detroit area for business next!

We stayed here on business. Great location for our meeting but the hotel is a bit outdated. Lobby dated. Older style rooms. Small bathrooms. Not a lot of amenities. Staff were friendly. Nice courtyard for drinks. Easy parking as not many there.

Old-fashioned decoration, many years of hotels, the gym is relatively small, running or running is still possible
