I booked this room under AARP discount for a self-care night 4 days from the 5th anniversary date of my son's death that was murdered I booked this room because they had an indoor pool and Whirlpool I also have an upcoming hip surgery in December so the whirlpool will give me some relaxation and relief from my hip pain well the rooms are paper thin so the room next to me I heard a crying baby through the night I could also hear children running through the hallway and doors to the rooms slamming in which I brought to the front desk attention the desk agent working the night shift was very apologetic and also stated that the hotel was full otherwise he would move me mind you my room was on the fourth floor they're only four floors in the hotel well I got up the following morning to the same door slamming and children running down the hall I went to the front desk to again bring it to their attention because the night agent said that he would leave a note for the general manager Jessica when I went to again state the issues that I was having regarding my stay, the morning front desk agent Shay told me well it is a hotel that I knew already then she went to say that I booked through a third party which I did not it was booked directly with the hotel who offered the AARP discount speaking with the general manager Jessica she stated that she could only give a $10 compensation because the room was already discounted and also stated that this was my first time staying there in which that should not have made a difference and all the more reason to try and make it right I should have had a pleasurable and enjoyable experience as any other guests I asked for the regional manager I was told there wasn't a phone number and I was told that this was a private hotel so my experience was disappointing to say the least nor was I offered any type of resolve to my problems

Was advised when checking in I would be granted late check out as a Platinum Member (by the GM, Jessica). 20 minutes after check-out time housekeeping knocked on the door, and minutes later front desk called to tell me I had to leave within 40 minutes. An email was sent to inform the General Manager after checkout to inform of my experience. However, no response, apology, or acknowledgment was provided. The room was basic, dirt was in the corners of the bathroom, and the tub was peeling. Dont intend to return in the future as customer service is lacking. Too many options near this hotel with better service!

Checked all the boxes: clean, quiet, comfortable room. The bed was great. Hot breakfast. Fair price too. Lots of free parking in the back. Seemed safe. We stayed here for a Tigers game with friends who live in Troy. We would return if in the area.

Quiet, despite being by busy road. Good access to freeway. Clean room; step-in shower with good spray but shower head is too high up to be able to reach & adjust. Temp in room fluctuated and difficult to keep at even temp; constant air blowing too hot or too cool. Breakfast was ok but oatmeal was like wall paper paste, & out of dry cereal. Would stay again.
