The hotel is just a 12-minute walk from downtown restaurants, which is very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable, the attitude of the service staff is good, and the breakfast is Western style. Will come again.

Très bien situé légèrement à l'extérieur du quartier historique, très facile à trouver, avec un grand parking souterrain (payant) commun aux trois hôtels du groupe. L'accueil à la réception est charment et efficace où le personnel prend le temps d'expliquer le concept de l'hôtel très orienté sur l'écologie et la priorité aux fournisseurs locaux. Belle chambre au premier étage -116- grande et confortable avec vue sur le canal et la terrasse. Mobilier simple et dépouillé mais complet et suffisant, la salle d'eau est de bonne taille dommage que le panneau de douche ne protège pas plus des projections d'eau -un peu trop court- transformant la sortie de douche en pataugeoire. Petit soucis avec la clim qui est inefficace, malgré l'intervention de la jeune fille de la réception qui a essayé de modifier le réglage sans grand effet. Le petit déjeuner buffet est magnifique, c'est joliment présenté, très bon avec des produits locaux et faits maisons. Un vrai régal. Le personnel complète en permanence le buffet et s'assure du nettoyage des tables. Merci. En dehors du petit-dej fontaines d'eau fraiche filtrée et boissons chaudes à disposition dans la salle. Le thé est du vrai thé pas un quelconque sachet d'une marque tout aussi quelconque, excellent. Tout le personnel rencontré es aimable et efficace bravo. Une excellente escale chez vous.

Good: Lovely staff, great parking, great location, comfortable bed. Not so good: Shower has only 1/2 door which makes it difficult not to flood the floor. Air con is difficult to get cold enough. Duvet is far too thick (we just slept under the duvet cover)

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 2 ans. Nous avons retrouvé tout ce qu'on avait aimé il y a 2 ans: -personnel sympathique -grande chambre -bon petit déjeuner -parking facile On recommande sans hésitez et on envisage déjà un séjour

Great hotel . Friendly welcome and great breakfast and complimentary all time hot drinks We arrived late due to Eurotunnel issues and no problem at all parking on the street outside Lovely modern rooms spotless . Good size bathroom and good soft towels Quiet rooms too for a large town . Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection

Hôtel situé à 5' à pied du centre historique. Chambre très spacieuse. Propreté et hygiène impeccables. Le parking est un plus. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais. Chien accepté sans problème. Mais une mention spéciale pour tout le Personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance, qui font qu'on se sent comme chez soi. Merci pour cet agréable séjour 🌷

We stayed at this hotel as part of a road trip around Europe and we were really pleasantly surprised by the quality, the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. On arrival we were met by lovely welcoming reception staff, and the reception area is bright, clean and welcoming Our room was light and spacious with a really comfortable large bed and fluffy pillows Breakfast was lovely and there was always a member of staff present to top up the buffet as required. It is a short walk to the centre of Troyes, which is a beautiful little city, Thank you to all the staff and management for a really lovely stay, and we would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Troyes We enjoyed it so much, we booked another Ibis Styles in Arras for the next part of our journey

Stayed one night. Nice room, lovely and helpful staff - excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault the place, but only 4 'stars' as I didn't like the shower being open onto the bedroom regardless whether you're with someone you know very well!
