Hotel is nice and reasonable, room are renovated and clean. Only draw back is the breakfast which is very limited to 3 kinds of bread , one type of sushi , boiled egg , juice and tea/coffee . Which I think as compared to other hotels is very less . Otherwise it’s nice and clean , car park is just in front but it’s chargeable. You can take tea/coffee form the first floor and it is usually open .

The hotel seemed very advanced, with check-in done via an automatic machine, but the room itself seemed old. However, it was clean and comfortable. There was an amenities shelf next to the check-in machine, and I happened to notice it so I got some cleansing cream, but I didn't realize that nightwear was also stored there, so I just went into my room. When I went to get changed, I realized my nightwear was gone and searched the whole room. I had already gotten rid of my mask and it was too much trouble to go get one, so I ended up going to bed in a T-shirt I had with me. Recently, more and more hotels have been placing amenities next to the front desk, but is it normal for nightwear not to be provided in the rooms? I'll be more careful next time.

Firstly the location is second to none! 3 minute walk from the station which was gold after a long day on the train and with heavy bags. The room was fine. Standard Japanese hotel size. Comfy bed. The only complaint I have was breakfast, the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the number of guests in the hote,people had to wait to get a seat, l and the food was very bland I'm sorry to say. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Happy to recommend if you can get past the breakfast issues.

I work completely unrelated to sightseeing and exchange business, so I stayed at Tsu City and stayed at Tsu station with the hotel from the nearest station at home. Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... I've never seen a hotel with such a awful bathroom location, so one star down, definitely. お伊勢参りが目的で、でも仕事があるためこのホテルを予約しました。インターネットアクセスがマストなるも、結局使えず、セットアップに悪戦苦闘しただけ。ホテルのロケーションは町から離れており、インターネットアクセスの状態からして、結果として、このビジネスホテルにする必要はなかったです。
