フロントの対応が悪いですね。わからないと言っても入力を進めるのはどうかと思います。後方に人が並んでいても対応は変わらず会員様ありきと言う感じで残念でした。
東京の他店の対応は柔軟です。

The front desk is not very friendly. Even if you say you don't understand, they don't seem to want to continue entering your information. Even if there are people in line behind you, they still treat you the same, and it's disappointing that they seem to only care about you as a member.
Other stores in Tokyo are more flexible in their service.

Such intentional lies cannot be in a hotel that has stayed so far. The questionnaire also shows the degree of guidance of the app? There is a lie in the receipt. I wrote to answer these 2 points, but naturally there is no reply. The breakfast venue is the hotel lobby. It's too bad. The facilities are old generations, and there will be many dissatisfaction from those who stay at recent business hotels. The hotel itself is just from Tsuchiura station, but it is possible to make a hotel directly connected to the station, so there is no superiority. In the future, I will not recommend to people to use Toyoko in group.

There is no difference from other Toyoko inn, but the convenience of almost direct connection from the station is special. However, the place to eat is more convenient on the other side of the station. There is only one elevator, so the peak time of check-out seems to be frustrated.
