Service good with traditional Japanese breakfast, with laundry and onsen , free parking. Very convenient location next to train station, few options of restaurants nearby.

A false fire alarm went off on the 10th floor, so I had to go outside!
I couldn't sleep that night.
The room also had a foul smell that was very unpleasant, so I contacted the front desk, but they said it couldn't be fixed.
They didn't offer any other services.
The customer service attitude of the man in his 50s or 60s at the front desk was also terrible.
I saw other guests complaining about the fire alarm, but he just smiled nonchalantly.

After reading the reviews, I added breakfast when I checked in.
It's a hassle to go out for breakfast in the cold, and the selection is limited if you buy it the day before, so I was grateful.
The large public bath was comfortable as expected.
Maybe the walls are thin, but I was bothered by the snoring of the person next to me.
