The staff is very polite but we can get better room and facilities with that price in another hotel

I stayed here on business at Tsukuba University. This hotel is often crowded with people on weekends for weddings and the like, and although it is old, there were no particular issues. It was also convenient that there was a microwave in front of the elevator on the guest floor. To get to Tsukuba University, it was a short walk to Tsukuba Station, then a bus ride from there, about 30 minutes. There aren't many shops or restaurants around Tsukuba Station itself, and at night there is really nothing there. There are chain restaurants lined up along the main roads around the hotel, but it was inconvenient that the convenience stores were far away. It's a little far from the station, so if you make more than one round trip a day it can be a bit of a hassle.

23 years later, I went back to the University of Tsukuba where I was a postdoctoral fellow. I knew there was no hotel on campus, so I chose this hotel that was closer to the University of Tsukuba. If you live alone, it's pretty good. The front desk clerk I met was very friendly. Because it was New Year's Day holiday, the hotel restaurant was closed. 因參加國際會議，本想連續住5天，遺憾沒有訂到，住了4天後在同一酒店追加了一晚，總體感覺還是不錯的，衞生、服務都不錯，日式早餐雖然相對不是很豐盛，但營養搭配好。

酒店位置在餐廳很多的大路口，走路到筑波中心大概10分鐘，很輕鬆就到了。 房間內設施符合預期，洗澡水龍頭出水很強。早餐豐盛，服務積極，值得一試。

這次住在6樓，可以看到窗外大街上商店和餐廳。房間的配置和附近的酒店差不多。早餐還算種類多，很好吃，但是七點鐘才開始！

位置方便，附近有不少餐廳，鄰近大馬路，車位眾多，酒店職員殷勤有禮，房間空氣質素良好，適合自駕遊旅客。

年数を感じる建物だが、近代のホテルにない落ち着きと 安心感がある。

古めのホテルでしたが設備はしっかりしていたので快適でした。駅チカで駐車場がとても広く、無料というのはてとも嬉しいですね。
