The hotel is very big but old. We have a kid at 5 years old which Trip.com said free of charge, but when we arrived, they need us to pay addition one kid meal. And the next morning, another staff asked us to pay again and took over 10 mins to clarify we have paid. The good thing is their breakfast buffet is good and it is close to 鬼押之出園.

The hotel is big and convenient if you have a car. There is a very nice swimming pool for kids. But it smells mold literally everywhere, in the corridors, in the rooms, the only place that's not moldy is the reception 🥲

The previous guest's trash hadn't been thrown away and the towels in the bathroom hadn't been replaced. I was exhausted from having to deal with the staff.

The hotel has hot springs and swimming pools, and there is an additional charge for the swimming pools. The room is large but a bit old. Breakfast is included in the reservation but there are not many choices.

We stayed for two nights for the pool. Our 4-year-old child seemed to enjoy the pool, so he went to the pool two days in a row, sliding down the slide, and taking a break in the lazy river. It may depend on the plan, but it's a bit disappointing that even guests have to pay for the pool. The room was spacious and the view was nice.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. However, due to construction work, I couldn't enter the hot springs, so I used the bath in my room.If you can't use the hot springs, I wish they would have clearly stated this on the reservation site. I don't remember the exact date, but it looks like you won't be able to go to the hot springs until sometime in March, so I hope this will be helpful for those who are planning to go. This time, I decided not to have a meal, but when I suddenly requested a meal on the day of the stay, they happily made the change.As a hotel, I am satisfied every time, so I would like to come back again.

This is a hotel I like very much. The room is over 100 square meters and the two bedrooms are very large and comfortable. It is the first choice for vacation, but the location is a bit remote and there is a traffic problem. We drove ourselves so it didn't matter.

It was great. The staff were great. The food and alcohol were great. I want to go again!

This may have been because it was high season, but the value for money was not very good and it was old. The pool was great as we could ask our 2-year-old daughter to help us, but it's wise not to expect much from the rooms or food.

The elevator is small considering the number of guests. There are facilities such as a pool, so if you bring a swim ring or something, only one family can ride in it. Amenities are self-service at the front desk. (Toothbrushes, tea, and coffee are also in the rooms) It's fun to choose. The customer service staff other than the front desk are mostly foreigners, but they are very friendly.

It was nice that they made the rice balls and hamburgers for breakfast. The location was great, with a view of Mt. Asama from the room window.

I impulsively made a reservation on the lowest price site and later found out that the number of children had been omitted or that the pool was available for an additional fee. It was fun, but it ended up being expensive so I give it an average rating. Both my grandson and I are very satisfied with the breakfast. The variety of nigiri that my mom makes right in front of me is the best👍

The food and pool were great! But I don't understand why the pool is an extra charge!

Overall, it's good, but the buffet scheduled for 7:40 in the evening is a bit unsatisfactory when it's already served at 8:30. In fact, there are not too many people. It would be better to join earlier.
