湯野浜温泉のホテルテトラリゾート鶴岡の口コミです。 スタッフのミスで夕食時間が早めに登録され、食べるときには冷め切った状態であるという残念な状況での滞在となりました。 夕食の設定時間のミスの原因はチェックインに対応したフロントの方の記載間違えで、私達に渡す滞在案内の書類には18：30と正しい予約時間を書いたのですが、ホテルの内部書類の方を18：00と書いてしまったことに起因します。 夕食後ににフロントで夕食の時間について確認しましたが、フロントの書類には18時記載となっているとの主張で、こちらの手元にある18:30とフロントの方が記した書類、内部書類の記載ミス、冷めた夕食に関して謝る気もないようで、のらりくらりとしたまったく誠意のない返答ばかりで呆れるのみでした。 ホテルスタッフが犯したミスすら満足に謝ることのできない対応が残念すぎる宿であり、さらに部屋のアメニティにも不備があり、おすすめとは到底言い難い宿だと思います。 例えミスがあったとしても心のこもったきちんとした謝罪の言葉や態度が示されれば、こんなに悪い評価にはなりません。 チェーン店舗のホテルですので、親会社の方、きちんとした対応のできる職員教育をお願いします。

ご飯は量も質も満足！お風呂も気持ちよかった、満足。 古めかしさが、逆に楽しかった。 禁煙室だったが、染み付いたタバコの臭いが気になった。

窓からは、海が見えるオーシャンビューで夕日が綺麗です。 部屋も綺麗ですね。 それから、お風呂が良かったです。

部屋から見える海がすごく綺麗でした。水平線がはっきり見えます。温泉は、露天風呂もありよかったですが、すごく熱かったです。特に嫌な点は無く、料理も接客も良かったので、泊まってみて欲しいです。

ビジネスで宿泊しました。ボリューム感あるレバニラ炒めがあるときき、夕飯で注文しました。一般的な中華料理とは違った、和と中華のコラボで、唯一無二のレバニラでした！！！レバーは、一般的な三角レバーではなく、焼鳥とかの塊がものすごく入って、食べ応えアリアリです。タレは、出汁感ある調味料と揚げ玉みたいなものが入って、ご飯が進みます。これは是非、実食してほしいです！

出張先から30分くらいかかります。 でも温泉の質で選んでいます。 駅近のSホテルさんはカルキ臭が強く最近は行かなくなりました。 まだ社長とお会いしたことはありませんが、お会いしたらお礼を言いたいです。

出張で宿泊することが多いので、いつもできれば大浴場があるホテルを利用します。そんな時ふと目に止まった当ホテル。平均的なビジネスホテルのお値段と変わりないのに温泉、しかも掛け流し！泉質最高！！ついでに日本海の景色も最高！！先日は妻とリピ。今日はビジネスでリピです。

ツインの一人利用で、部屋は広く、少し古いがきれいで快適でした。温泉設備も少し古かったがまずまずよかった。食事は値段相応。

湯野浜界隈ではリーズナブルな価格設定ですが、 サービス・温泉・そして見晴らしがとても良かったです！ みな親切で楽しい一日を過ごせました。 また来たいなと思いました(^○^)
