Sapa Elegance Hotel Reviews

Our stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because. Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby) Highly recommended and thank you! We loved our stay! We’ll comeback soon 😊

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

A charming hotel. Always a pleasant stay with this hotel. Room is clean and spacious and front desk is friendly and helpful. The couple swan towels in the are ever welcoming even though I am a solo traveler this round 😄

Good location in city centre, but need to climb a mountain a little, hotel boss makes good delicious breakfast, Aircon is good, beds are OK. There is elevator.

The hotel is a little old and tired , no breakfast included in the price. Overall ok but a little overpriced for what it offers.

It was good value for money, the breakfast place was especially good, the food was plentiful (I couldn't capture everything in the photo), and the location of the accommodation was very, very good. However, don’t expect good room conditions! You can really think of it as an old motel. The staff is very friendly!

This place is very close to downtown Sapa, but is in a quiet location, so I would highly recommend it to people who are not familiar with the geography of Sapa. Although it is a small hotel run by a local person, you can feel the hotel's careful consideration in creating a neat and cozy feel. Above all, the hotel staff's kindness and travel guidance were of great help to us. I would like to recommend this hotel to travelers seeking affordable sightseeing. I arrived at dawn and the door was closed, but there was a phone number outside so I was able to get in. After getting the key, I got up in the morning and asked for breakfast time, and it was already past. When I returned to the accommodation, he immediately knocked on the door, allowed me to eat breakfast, and made additional menus. I asked for tourist attractions, and they were so kind that they planned all the schedules, including prices and routes on the map. All the people in Sapa seem to be kind. The hotel conditions are motel-level, but the service is no less than a 5-star. The weather was bad and there was a lot of fog, but the bed wasn't damp either.

The owner of the service is friendly, but if arriving at dawn, can't contact anyone.

Главное достоинство этой гостиницы - это её персонал. Мы благодарны девушке-администратору за её искренние улыбки и заботу о нас. Обстановка в гостинице очень простая, но находиться там было приятно. Завтрак по меню был сытным и вкусным.

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Multi-lingual hotel manager and all the staff were outstanding in their friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast service… everyone at this hotel made a big effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many options and served in a beautiful dining room. My room was comfortable with nice pillows, sheets and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lots of hot water. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location for seeing the sights around Sapa town.

Lovely hospitality, good breakfast! Best swan towels ever. I had a very nice stay at elegance hotel during my sapa visit, staff was professional and they helped me out as soon as they heard the toilet got blocked. They made me happy changing my room straight away. Thanks you guys! Only suggestion I would say is to write explicitly close to the toilet to not flush toilet paper in any toilets to avoid these problems

Highly recommended Hotel. Large room on the 6th floor had great views over the town and the mountains. A little back from the main road so quieter on the street. Breakfast was really good, omelette and pancakes were delicious. Good selection of fruits and juice as well. Staff very helpful with local tours etc and also do laundry here - charge 50k per kilo and takes about 24 hrs. There is some noise if there’s an event in the square close by so if your a light sleeper check first or take ear plugs just in case. Great to be in a cooler climate for a few days after Hanoi.
